I'd try some automotive touch up paint to fix it. Infact to keep a nice finish on my SOC's, I actually buff them with car wax. It keeps a nice protective layer on the paint and chrome, but don't get any on the plastic parts.

I have no idea, Ligers yellow is on the dark side so I would just take Posiedon's arm (same yellow and saves from taking the whole figure) and take it into a Automotive store and ask for the closest shade of yellow to match.

I believe hardware stores like Lowe's and Home Depot have paint chip scanners that can match color perfectly. Worth a shot.

If it doesn't match, you'll have to paint the entire toy! Be careful when touching up your $100 toy! It can be addictive!
Chen, are you serious about buffing your robots? Hmmm... if you get wax in the joints that would be a big pain in the butt.

Yeah I buff them, but I only buff the ones that have pretty simple designs like the Mazingers and Getter Robo's. Stuff like the Eva's and Dancouga which have pretty intricate designs I just dust. First thing I do is take off all parts that are removable and then put a super thin layer of wax on (just enough to dampen the cloth) and then buff off with 100% cotton, non-scratch proof clothes. Doing this mostly gets rid of fingerprints on the chrome parts, while shining them up and putting a protective layer on.
