That was Junior Robot/Robot Junior, it was piloted by Shiro Kabuto, Koji's brother. The robot looked like a kid with a baseball helmet and even had a baseball bat as a weapon. It is a surprise that Bandai hasn't made him yet, infact I don't think there have been any toys made of him.

Robot Junior had a cameo at the closing credits of the OVA "Mazinkaiser vs General Dark". Boss Borot and Robot Junior had a few frames were they were both shown fixing a side of Mt. Fuji. Robot Jr. with a spade and a pail next to him. That side of Mt. Fuji was blown off during the battle between Mazin and the General.

Goofy clean-up boys, they were! ;D
