definitely 20.
By the way, getter G set is very very rare right now for unknown reason... ...on ebay, only 2 getter dragon with the starting price 70$, sadly no more GX-19/20.

Both are very rare now, as they had a smaller production run than GX-18.
The set is awesome, and I belive it will go up in price to settle in the grendizer range.
The GX -18 is still available at hlj.com for 6000 yen.

Id say the gx-19 is a tad bit more scarce than the gx-20 but they are both in that category. the gx-18 dragun is still aplenty online but the gx-19 & 20 aren't.

i'm positive bandai will reissue both or do another production run of this sometime soon as they always do with the SOCs

My Japanese contact says that GX19 and 20 are due for another release before the end of the year. Perhaps it would be better to wait so that you can get a better deal. I'll ask Ken over at Toy Wave also if he's heard the same news.
