In a nutshell, I can pick up a GX-01R HK edition (comes with the 01b as well) for $125 plus what looks like, around, $30 to ship it (from overseas).
They also have 02R for $119.
My question: With 01R being re-stocked(in a few months) for a much smaller price (~$60 I believe) is it worth the money to pick up this 01R for that price? I know it comes with the limited black edition and all, but I don't think the black version has any extra parts (is just the robot it seems).
And the 02R seems over priced, though not by to much.
Thanks!

The HK GX-01r doesn't come with the GX-01B, it comes with a "HK exclusive" plastic version. But if you really want it, by all means go for it...
Price wise it sounds good but personally, I don't think the plastic toy is worth it, I would rather go for the $60 restock and save the other $60 for another chogokin.

So I'd be spending around $60 for a regular, plastic, action figure?
Hrm.
What about the price on the 02R?
I'm torn here. I have a few on the way but, until now, had a problem finding good deals on the 01R and 02R. (Of course, 02 might actually be better then 02R from what I read, but that's for later).
I'd settle for the B models, but being new to this I'm trying to get a good pice. (I'm already working on/getting 03B, 05R(HK), 12 and 20).

It would only be worth it if you collect every version of every SOC out there. But if you don't care and you actually open the figure I would wait for the re-stock. Also $119.00 for GX-02R is a pretty good deal, you could wait for a re-stock but there has been no word about that yet, plus I think GX-02R is much better than GX-02.

I actually bought the 01R HK when it first came out and actually opened the figure. Managed to pull an arm off on the first try just trying to get it in a different pose.
IMO these smaller figures haven't been made well and are just targeted for the limited collector. I'm not sure about the quality of the other's, eg GX-05R HK. Definitely not worth the extra $60.

I agree, buy the gx-02r first and wait for the gx-01r restock. I did just buy (waiting for it to arrive) a gx-01r for $100 including shipping at toyworkz.com so i think thats a better deal. I dont particularly care for the small black figure in the HK version myself. Good luck deciding.
