Okay, I didn't want to jinx anything, but here's what I've got coming in (I'm a newby at SOC, so I might have been taken, or spent to much, somewhere): - GX-03B (ToyNToys, Danny is awesome)
- GX-05R(hk)
- GX-12
- GX-18
- GX-20
All told I've spent between $400 and $450, including all shipping. It's about $100 more then I wanted to spent (and it hurt) but I got two I hadn't planned on getting. So I think it balanced out. This is all I'm going to be able to get for a while. Between selling my house, moving, etc, it's going to be end-oct to early-nov before I can get any more (Just in time for the GX-01R restock! ) What cha think?

You did pretty good with that price. I think GX-03B alone is worth $130.00+ and GX-20 is getting up there too (maybe around $80.00-100.00). Well now you've been bitten and there's no escape from the SOC disease , your one of us now . When your figures arrive, post a review of what you think. I love to read other peoples opinions about my favorite toyline ;D.

I have a bad habit of reviewing every toy I get. I'm just glad I got decent deals. I've spent a while talking to people online, reading everything I could and scouring all the online shops looking for prices and such. Right now I still want 01R, 02R, 04(B or S), 07, 19 and 23. 13 seems cool, but I like the looks of Zanbot more then big Dan. I'll end up with Dan at some point, probably, but isn't currently in the plans. So, yea, I'll be really broke in the future. Now if they'd just do Danguard. Starvengers (Getta) and Danguard are what got me into robots in the first place (back in '82). Now I just need a nice Danguard toy to be a happy man.

I agree with Chen. I enjoy coming here and reading everyone's opinions and photos on SOC and SOC related figures. The excitement and appreciation is usually shared by all. Hope you enjoy your purchases, Pulse.
Added: Pulse, I also think you got a good price inc. shipping, since not everything you got is new stock.

Addiction, indeed! Up until this past week, I had absolutely no intention of continuing my SoC collection (I started thinking about collecting non-robot figures). But seeing so many posts about the combiners, I just had to add Watches to Combattler, Dancougar, and Zambot... look what you guys have done to me!!

you guys are way better than me. Once i became the slave of DAIGOKIN, my supposed-to-be-rich bank account suddenly became pennyless.
Trust me, once you got one SOC, you will get them ALL, at least one piece for each variation. No exception.

I blame you all for emptying my wallet. ;D I just found this site and I too have been bitten by the SOC bug. All that glorious die-cast in the timeline thread did it. By the way Pulse, looks like you got a good deal on your order especially with the shipping included. That always seems to be the killer when die-cast is involved.

Well, I fell better about my purchases now. I had the newbie worries of paying way to much for things. Is there any word of a Danguard SOC down the line, at all? I love the design of the robot and would love to see a working version of it as a toy (33 maybe? It's kind of a combiner. Looks like most of my stuff should be here this week, I'll start posting about them as they come in (I'll also mention where I got them and ship times and such too).

I wish Bandai would make a Danguard Ace too, but there's no word yet about one. Anyway I look forward to your review of your incoming figures ;D.

Well, the GX-12 came in today (was odd, it was the last one I ordered buyt got here first). I'll post a write up tomorrow. Sadly, it's not really mine. It's my girls. I got it as a surprise for her and she seems to really like it.
