Most of us usually buy stuff on-line. Brick and mortar shops that carry SOC's are few and far between, even in major cities. To post a pic you need to have it hosted. I use www.villagephotos.com They have a free service for a limited number of pictures. To post a pic here click the picture icon (second row, fourth button). You will see this: [ img ] URL [ /img ]. delete URL, and paste in the URL from the hosted picture.

Also check out Elizabeth Street Center, this indoor mini mall across from the police station (in Chinatown). You go in and then downstairs. Should be some Japanese toy/video game stuff down there.
