I just put together my GX-11MA Diana A (she looks awesome!) and saw a number written on her back: 25450. Could this be the number of GX-11 MA's Bandai made? A few weeks ago I posted a question asking the approximate number of SOC's made per item on this board--nothing was determined.

hmmm, thats a good point, I'll have to check my own gx-08ma and find out if the number is different or the same.

Or that may be a part number...

I believe this is some sort of product ID. My GX-11MA also has the same number. And the GX-08MA which was released just before this one has 25449 on the back. And the GX-12MA which came out just after has 25451.

Thanks for all of your answers. I am glad to know that they did not make 25,000 of my precious Diana A. However, this still leaves us in the dark as to how many Bandai makes of each of their SOC releases. Hmmm... I wonder who has the answer?

They are very limited indeed, the 1st run is XXXXX pieces(For GX-23 I knew it's 15000), then they will accept additional orders from all over the world, after 6 monthes or so they will have to decide if they want to make more for a while or just discontinue making the toys.
So, the exact numbers of each toy production varies, there's no a exact # for a toy, since it is not limited edition.
