Hello
This is my first thread.
I'm a small collector. My interest is Grendizer and things related.
I have collected all the figures from High-Dream regarding Grendizer.
In the SOC serie, I got GX-01R, GX-02R, GX-04B, GX-04S and GX-10 on his way from japan. I'm looking forward on getting the rest from the Mazinger serie.
Now the last robot I'm will like to see in the SOC serie is Mazinkaiser. I know Aoshima has made one and Max Factory too, but I would prefed getting it in the same collection.
So is there any hope to see soon Mazinkaiser in the SOC?
And finally, is there any product from Grendizer (vilains, re-issue, etc.) on it's way?

Well, it could happen, but I think it will be a while. Gaiking will be coming out in May then Xanbungle(sp?) and after him Black Ox. There is about a 90% chance Voltes V will be after those. I have not heard of any new Grandizer product coming soon, but who knows? I'd like to see Bandai's version of the OVA Mazinkaiser too, but I think I would like to see others like Raideen, Jeeg, Dunbine, Patlabor and the Shin Getter robots first. But that's just me.

Where I live, the only robot that was popular is Grendizer.
Thanks the world wide web and P2P we can now discover anime we didn't know existed.
If I compare the two version of Mazinkaiser (Aoshima/Max Factory) I think I would like to see something similar with Bandai, but it could have two set of wings, but it must look evil.
Plz Bandai, I want a SOC GX-XY Mazinkaiser

I don't know if Bandai will make a Mazinkaiser but I wouldn't hold my breath, they still have a ton of classic robot's to make first as SOC's.
As for Grendizer products if your looking for diecast stuff there really isn't anything new coming. But there is quite a few plastic/vinyl figures of Grendizer related stuff including a figure of King Gorri (sp?), Duke, Koji, and others. Just look under Grendizer's French and Italian names (Goldrake, Goldorak) and a ton of stuff will show up on Ebay.
But I'm with you, I would love to see some villians from Grendizer and Getter Robo G made as SOC's since they are some of the best looking evil mech's ever.

Well, Marmit has this "Daigokin" planned (so far only a prototype sculpt - but looks good so far)... toyboxst.inwards.com/rumblizer/view.php?article_key=503Heh heh... Actarus's SOC collection sounds suspiciously like mine. (for obvious reasons) Don't forget - there are the two bad-guys SoC GX-25 and GX-26 (they were the two first enemies of Mazinger/Tranzor-Z)... Not enemies of Goldorak, but they are very cool anyway!

What exactly is a Daigokin?
As for the vinyl figure you told me, I have them all, including expo exclusive. And I have 3 pre-order.
Can't wait for other Grendizer product, and Mazinkaiser SOC.

Daigokins are massive all diecast figures of Mazinger Z, Great Mazinger, and the upcoming Grendizer. They stand over a foot tall and cost quite a bit, the Great Mazinger goes for over $550.00 U.S on Ebay right now while the older Mazinger Z and it's varients can cost over $2000.00 U.S. Look at the thread in this section called "S-O-U-L of Chogokin" for pictures.

I have the original Grendizer Marmit figure.
If that one is a massive diecast, then I will look forward on getting my hand on one of those.
It's a prototype, but I hope soon enough we'll be able to pre-order one.
