There are chains. They're just hidden inside the forearms. From what I've heard they are difficult to put in.

Hey! No chains on the SOC?! ![:)](http://lemonstre.fr/robot-japan/smileys/smiley.png) What were they for anyway (since I've never actually watched Battle Fever J, it's been nagging at me for the last 26 years)? Smacking things ;D

yeah omni hehe, this is my first sentai bot bro, looking forward to it. or maybe you can do the review.. but i'd rather wait for omni's.. he's topnotch on reviewing more on the negative and defects of a gokin.. this makes me aware of any quality control issues.. nor weak parts/area

I will definitely get Godannar (MF GGGG & MF Mazinkaiser will be lonely w/o it ;D) just waiting for the re-stock. According to 1 shop owner the next batch coming is cheaper than the 1 readily available in most shops. Currently it's priced at RM 628 = 8792 pesos but the next batch will cost RM 570 only or 7980 pesos. Cheers. dri1

then get it na lang kay PTOYS.. much cheaper pa.. no need to handcarry it from there.. besides.. patrick can let you choose from several units.. because of it's quality controls over the paint.. chances are you'll be getting a godannar with scratched paint.. watched for this before you buy

You know, sometimes I find it annoying when someone posts a big wide pic and it stretches the whole thread in the browser window so you have to slide right and left to read everyone's comments. In Lanatir's case I wish he'd post big wide versions of those photos so we could get a better look at them. Sliding would be fun!
By the way, Lanatir- your pictures of the GD45 Mechagodzilla 2003 pushed me over the edge. I just bought one.

This looks really cool! And the fact that it's the first Sentai Robo makes me reeeeeeally want it. Hopefully this will be the first of many Sentai SOC releases. ![:)](http://lemonstre.fr/robot-japan/smileys/smiley.png)

I'm going to display my ignorance rather than expend the effort to look it up. What exactly is a sentai bot? How is it different from a super robot or a Gundam?
