Howdy everyone ;D I recently picked up a MIB Gakken 1/20 VR-052F MOSPEADA Armor Bike at a odd little vintage store in New Hope, PA. The same version pictured here.... www.artemisgames.com/robotech/Research/Mospeada/Images/ArmorBike1_20Toy.jpgThe large scale transforming version has to be one of my favorite toys ever, there's nothing quite like it. Anyway, it was the only thing robot related they had and I've never seen one before, so I snatched it up. There's not much to the toy. The bike is pretty neat, but the driver is just one solid molded piece of plastic. I'm having a hard time finding much info on it. Does anyone know a rough value or how rare the toy is? I've had no luck finding one one eBay. Are there any other versions/colors or is this the only type they made? Thanks!!!

very odd & cool toy. I'm guessing it would be $250 to $200 but rare. That said, you may have "fans" pay more.
I haven't seen another before.

So I'm guessing it was worth the $9.99 that I spent on it. ;D mojacko, I never even thought to check out MacrossWorld. I'll look into it. Thanks guys!

If it's in good shape that's a steal! It is pretty rare, I used to have one and I sold it to one of the members here about 2 years ago for about $200. You can probably sell it for more. Macrossworld is a good source to find out about it, I am also a member there, you can also check out ebay. Congrats again.

I've owned this back when I still played with my toys, 20 years ago or so and these are pretty fragile and you get maybe 5-8 transformations until things start to break or get real loose. Much like the Yamato Valkyrie. If it has all the missiles and stuff it is easily worth $200 and can feasibly sell it as high as $400 on ebay if you time it just right and the desire for it is hot! I have never replaced my busted up one that i had as a kid...now if I do though I may wait for the Toynami Cyclone.

I've owned the 8 inche transforming one twice and broken it both times so I'm hoping the new Toynami ones are a little sturdier.

Considering Toynami, I wouldn't hold my breath.
