Did you have to post those great photographs? Now I must buy this figure!! lol!
Are all Soul of Chogokins scaled according to one other? Or is it just randomization of sizing?

Yeah mrclean08 the SOC line are just random sizing. If they were to scale, then Ideon and Iron Gear would be absolutely HUGE and super expensive! ^_^ ~B

I kinda wish they'd make all of them at least 11" tall. This GX-44 would've been the ultimate if it lined up height-wise with my Voltes V & Combattler V.

Ok, I finally pulled the trigger on buying this figure today. Purchased one off of Amazon Japan. Always wanted the Godaikin version. I was a fool for sleeping on the reissue of GX-44 from BBTS for $114.99. Ended up buying one on Amazon Japan for $178 shipped.
A little late to the party but I can't wait to receive this!

Do u have black ox too? Gotta have him I was contemplating on getting the GX-44S pack with Black Ox for like $50 extra, but I don't like the face on that Black Ox. I like the vintage Black Ox's face with the two bright yellow eyes and no nose and mouth. So I just decided to get the solo GX-44 set.

Oh I don't like the new tetsujin and black ox at all. No light up gimmicks and old black ox looks way better

As far as I know, no one is streaming it. You may find a few episodes in Arabic or Spanish on YouTube but that's it. The Japanese ones are hard to find and I have never seen the English ones online to view.

I have both SOC versions of both T28s and Black Oxes(?). The "new" Black Ox is top heavy due to the misplacement of diecast. Entire top half of the robot (excluding usual hands and head) is diecast......yes. very profoundly obtuse use of diecast. His entire lower half should of been diecast instead.

Please don't think I was trying to rain on anyone's parade. I have searched constantly for the series in general, and also in better quality, so that string of videos was added somewhat recently, I hope. I doubt I would have missed them. 7 episodes is definitely nice to start with but remember the series is 51 episodes. I actually obtained one of the mass produced bootlegs (made in the last few years) with every episode. I believe they are manufactured in Puerto Rico and the few vendors that I've seen them with ask a lot for them. It is suppose to be 9, 10, or 11 discs I believe. The vendor I got them from re-copied from his master and then disappeared on me. My full set is compressed to 7 discs or so and out of chronological order. The audio is just a bit off, but not enough to be disturbing. I am working at re-ordering and reburning the episodes but haven't started to look into the audio yet. The discs format looks very basic so should be easy.

the new black ox was a good guy too, not an enemy like the old one. That's both cool and kind of sucking at the same time. An interesting bit of trivia, but my collection's Evil Team is one member down now.. and they were already grossly outnumbered.
