Nope, the block must be done at the administrator's end. While Tripod's upload site was down yesterday, the server with the actual pages hasn't been down in ages (it's actually got a great performance record), and my site hasn't exceeded the bandwidth limit.

Yeah it is in our end, they block even games sites their to lazy to do their thing that is why they do this.
