Hello everybody. I need your help in TRYING to solve a situation. On January 2002 I won a tin b/o ohgon bat on yahoo japan. I had agreement w/ the seller to transfer him 410.000 yen to have it shipped by fed ex. I did the payment (at that time the total was 3500 euro). The seller never sent me anything, he first denied he had received any money but after I got my bank to chekc he had to admit he received it... in the time after he started telling a lot of lies like "I am in the hospital because I was hit by a bycicle so I can' send anything". Friends of mine in Japan tried to contact him by phone but nothing happened.. he always had an excuse. As of today I am not getting news from him nor I received anything. The guy lately showed up again on yahoo japan under the id hidro524 .. here's link to his auctions user.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/show/a...scrow=0&abatch=
As you may notice he tries to sell items at improbable prices. Look also at his feedback and you'll notice all the negatives... he has positive feedback just for buying low value items but not for selling anything important. Now if you could just let him know through q&a that you know what he made and what you think of people like him defrauding other fellow cxollectors ... maybe (I say maybe) he will understand it would be better for him to solve the sitution an get a cleaned reputation. I believe that as long as he thinks noone else but me in the toy collecting community knows about the fact he can get along w/ his tricks undisturbed. Please if you want help me . I f not thanks for reading anyway.
By the way I can show proof of payment to the skepticals.
