Reading an older thread made me think about my childhood. What was the best way you "killed" your toys?Me -ahem- my buddy and I would cover them with rubber cement and then strap in a Testers model rocket engine. Heh heh ;D Most all of my models went down the street at about 100 mph -E

I didn't "kill" them very often, but I did put on a lot of wear and tear with creative uses. Sometimes, I'd cover them with silly putty to simulate melting (gee, that didn't turn up in a recent web comic of mine...) or for adding on mutating appendages. Often, I'd put them in a cup of water and freeze it, and then thaw them out with hot water as if they'd been cryogenically frozen for centuries. Probably the worst thing I did to them was coating some with whiteout so that I could then add colored glue to create new uniforms for them. My Super Powers Wonder Woman made an excellent Jubilee until I wanted Wonder Woman back again
