This is going to sound really dumb. But I just wanted to make sure, that the Fast packs had the micro missiles already put into the pods.
Because I ordered one set from TISINC and the replacement set didn't have any in them either.
Thanks ahead of time for answering this.

Hi VF-19!
When you buy the 1/48 FAST Pack set, you should have a SEPARATE bag for the Micro-missle. It should still be attached to the sprues. If the bag is not there, it's likely that it was forgotten from the factory. If TSINC has a contact with Yamato, you can ask them for the micro-missle pack.
The micro missles should NOT automatically be set in the Missle pods.

Or it can be just TISINC being their usual self.

Flip the box and check. Yamato tapes the instructions/stickers/micro missiles under the box.
If all else fails try contacting Yamato by email. I know you can get part replacements for the Garland (thanks to the crappy shoulder design), but I'm don't know if they'll entertain valks since they don't distribute them in US.

this happened to one of the three fastpack i bought last 2005.. the first were okey and complete... the second one i bought does not include any manuals, stickers and the micro miisiles... but the third one is also complete.. luckily the stickers comes with three pairs of colors/design to choose from.. so i only used the left over from the two complete fastpack for the one without stickers... the only downside for this is one of my fastpack doesn't have any micro missiles attach in it... but displayed them with the covers attached... but i also have the limited edition clear fast pack.. that you can see the micro missiles from the outside..

I had the same confusion the first time I bought a Yamato (not sure I remember which one it was)... the bag with the instructions and extra stickers and bits and pieces are taped to the bottom of the cardboard tray. But yeah - the micro-missiles are on their own sprue.

Oooh, thanks a lot everyone. I guess I'll just try to find an actual store that sells them and check them personally before buying. I've been waiting to get the packs since the first run of the VF-1A.

When I get my 1/48's here in PI, the box isn't sealed with tape. However, most of the hobby stores here are kind enough to let you inspect the items prior to getting them.
You can ask the store where you're buying from, if you can inspect the contents first. As long as you're buying, I'm sure they'll let you take a peek. ;D
