Does anybody know toynami's customer service email? one of my new vf-1j 1/100 (milia to be exact) antenna's broke off! I was slowing turning it and it slowly broke (the plastic got soft). was very pissed. Can anyone help me. already tried contracting them but no response.

I'll try contacting them as well. My Alpha's arm broke off because there was excess glue that froze a joint. jrcrunch, please let us know how toynami deals with your situation.

The address "customerservice@toynami.com" doesn't work. It's also not listed on their website. jrcrunch, what email address did you use?
