i have been hunting the net for Bit-Torrents, veoh, youtube, and DVDs of Lightspeed ElectroGod Albegas, aka Arbegas, aka Voltron II...and i can find nothing except some guy in Saudi Arabia that wants a small fortune for the DVDs.
Anyone got any online viewing links for this series? i have always wanted to see it.
Also, i gave mine Matchbox Voltron Gladiators to a friend when i was a teen...and now i'm hunting those down again. I guess i'm at that nostalgic age of re-acquiring.
Has anyone ever seen "Lightspeed ElectroGod Albegas" the show? Does anyone remember Lightspeed ElectroGod Albegas?

That series is hard to find, not even Youtube has it entirely except for a few short clips and Opening themes here-n-there. But that's where I'd search first, at Youtube. Do all sorts of title searches for Albegas and see what turns up. And remember, you can install a Firefox plugin known as DownloadHelper to d/load youtube vids to your computer as mp4 video files. Once installed, whenever you go to any youtube page an icon with three rotating balls will appear meaning the video is downloadable, right-click the icon and click Quick Download, BAM! the video is yours to keep... it will save the video to a default folder in your C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\dwhelper folder. Just leave it up, I saw some seeds earlier. It might take a while. Tell you what, I'll dl it too to help so there's more peer/seeds

Kidchuckle's right.... just leave your torrent client open and watch for peers and seeds. It took me months to d/load a torrent while waiting for more peers and seeds, until I finally got it d/loaded. Patience and Time, my friend. zozo-mag |

with all the things on youtube, I can't believe this show was removed. is it sacred in Japan? I can watch ANY MOTU episode on there, Ghostbusters, etc...but Albegas was removed. It makes no sense, that show is just not that well known.

There are ways of finding out how many audio tracks it may have:
When you open the video file in whatever media player you use,
there should be a menu command to open the Audio settings.
OR, if you right-click inside the screen while the video is playing,
a context menu will appear with the Audio settings command to
toggle audio tracks or channels, such as "audio 1" or "channel 1"
or something similar.
I use Gomplayer, which has that right-click menu feature.

I just watched the first episode and really liked the designs of not only Albegas, but the bad guys and their robots as well. Pretty cool! }D |

I was able to acquire the complete Albegas series but unfortunately it is in Arabic. But holy cow, the animation and fight scenes are top notch especially for its time! The fight scenes were more dynamic than the typical, "let's form, take 1 or 2 blows, then jump sky high and do an overhead slash with sword to cut said enemy in half then big explosion and robot victory pose."
