Just got mine in today, and DAMN they're cool. The figures themselves are a hard plastic, with actual diecast for the chest armor and belt. The other accessories seem to be either the same hard plastic as the figures, or a slightly softer plastic.
The level of detail in the accessories is amazing for a 5" figure. You only get the front of the belt, and its phone's non-removable, but you get multiple configurations of everything-- a small Faiz/Kaixa Shot to put on the belt, and another one to put on the hand of the figure, for example. but other than that, everything is to scale. Kaixa's Blaygun is especially sweet-looking.
The only possible criticism I can make is that, to accomodate the to-scale helmet, the unhelmeted heads are TINY (and look only vaguely like Takumi or Kusaka), so you really won't ever want to display the figures without the armor/helmets. Yeah, big whoop.
Anyway, big thumbs up to these. They may not be as cool as the S-RHF figures, but they are *much* easier to find right now. So if you're a KR555 fan, you really should pick up the pair. (Dammit Bandai, release a Delta figure!!!) Apparently HLJ's out of them, but you can find them surprisingly cheap (...now. I got mine when I first saw them listed, and I'm kicking myself for not waiting a couple of days) on eBay if you just do a search for "kaixa."
