After almost giving up on ever snagging even /one/ of 'em, both the Gold and the Green Metallic repaints of the MF GGGG suddenly show up on Ebay simultaniously, from seperate sellers..
Serendipity, dude.
So they're mine now, all miiiine.. ;D A mental image I've seen only in my dreams will, thus, soon be a shelfbound reality: all three GGGG gokins, side-by-side.
Yeah, baby.
Next grail (distant one, unless I win a lottery): Halfeye completed GFG + Halfeye Goldymarg.

I just got a holy grail for my collection, too. A Lucky Draw metallic Mic Sounders! Probably one of 20 or so made

Awesome, MightGaine! Don't know exactly how many Gold/green GGGGs were made, but I'm sure you've got me beat in limitedness - is that even a word? - there!

I found my green GGGG a few months ago by accident on a US store website. They were selling them for $220 and it was a US seller. MAX's GGGG has so far been my favorite figure of all time, so I had to pick it up. Looks really good next to regular GGGG.

Man, I had that Green GGGG but sold it on Ebay. I don't know the exact number of each that were made but I do know the Gold one is the rarest version.

I got mine for $175 each - though of course, being in Europe, shipping adds about $30 to that amount, each.
Still, I considered it a bargain.

It seems like I remember hearing 500 limit on the gold. I thought about picking up the gold one when I had a couple of opportunities, but I couldn't go for the mono color thing.

Solscud007:
Nope, Max Factory's Max Gokin version doesn't transform. However, it compensates for this by having a butt-load of accessories, and some serious diecast content - much higher than the upcoming Brave Gokin version from CMS, unless I'm very much mistaken (though that one will be larger in size).

Here's an image of the Maxfactory Genesic, it was the first Max Gokin to be released, the second one being Mazinkaiser. It's about 8 inches tall, weighs 980grams(wings attached) Cms will also be releasing a 10 inch transforming GGGG this Christmas. Diecast content is expected to be very low though, but will come with accessories. BTW congrats on the GGGGs Sphexish Gold

Here's all three of them, finally united and doin' a sort of Hell and Heaven overview: (Apologies for the shaky quality. An entire batch of pictures snapped from all angles and distances, and various settings, turned out this way. It seems to have something to do with my cabinet; possibly the mirror or something. I'm too lazy to remove 3kgs worth of Gokin right after carefully placing them, at the moment, though.)

are you sure it isnt your camera? If you have a tripod. use the timer setting and let the camera finish taking a picture before you even touch it.

BTW I think the problem is either lack of light source(try using lamps on both sides of the object when taking the pic) and if you don't have a tripod, try flexing in your elbows so that they stick to the sides of your body, that'll minimize shaking . Wow, that is very nice. The contrast between them makes them all look better. Awesome.

I got a new digi-cam - it has both a much better flash, and seems to have no trouble with shakiness despite me not doing anything different. As such, here are two better shots of the Hell & Heaven trio:
