I have been collecting brave toys since 5 years old so believe me I know the prices of the toys. I went into ebay yester day and saw this BRAVE GOLD GOLDRAN KING KAISER figure. I was shock when i saw the price $55.00! it is way to much for a toy i mean this toy. I bought it with even greater detail for only about $00.50 and trust me it is not fake what do you guys think

The "BRAVE GOLD GOLDRAN KING KAISER " is just Goldran (silver box Korean version). $55.00 is a good price for it imho, especially compared to most of the other auctions that seller has up. The Korean retail price is 46,000 KRW, which is about $45. They often sell these toys for less than that in Korean (like 30% off), but $55 still isn't a bad deal. I don't understand what you mean by "with even greater detail". This Korean Goldran (silver box version) uses the same mold as the Korean Goldran (red boxed version), which used the same mold as the original Japanese version. So it's the same toy, just different people assembling it. There might be some mold degredation from overuse, but that probably wouldn't be terribly noticible unless it's on the face (like with the silver box version of Captain Shark). I agree, though, that Might Kaiser is too expensive and most of the toys this guy has up for auction are very overpriced. As for you getting Brave toys for a couple bucks, well, good for you. Though I think expecting everyone to be able to do the same is a bit unrealistic

No, it's just the STD version (as opposed to the DX version). To put things in scale, I only bought an STD version once (mistaking it for a DX and thinking the seller had gone nuts with the low price). To give you an idea, it's the only toy robot I left back at my old home when I moved. Considering I even brought the Happy Meal Fatimus Prime (Energon Prime, which I detest), that's saying something. Avoid the STD versions if you have to bite your own leg off to do so, they'll make you cry. When "transformation" means "take the toy apart and reassemble the pieces", you know something's wrong.

Ah, the standard version. I actually have two different Standard Goldrans: one that is mostly yellow and comes in a normal-style box and one that is totally chromed and comes in a shiny gold-colored box. I've never opened them up, because I'm aware they're not great toys, but they're decent display pieces in the box if you don't pay too much for them
