It looked like it had a lot of parts in the pics, but I've wondered how well it works in real life, and how posable it is?

Man how do you afford all of that stuff? SHE products are way too rich for my blood. Heck I feel paying even $150 for an SOC is a lot of money! Btw do you have the SHE Grungust? If so could you tell me how it is? I'm on the fence about buying one of those one day.

Gravion sounds like Gravy. All I think I can think about is a sauceformer.

Does anyone know some good online shops besides HLJ who carry SHE products that ship to the US?

The only SHE that really still hold my interest is Godannar... the mere prospect of a toy that turns itself inside out to transform just seems mind bogglingly cool.

Have you seen the video on the SHE website? It shows the transformation for the legs. Crazy.

Nice links solscud.
The Might Kaiser sold out real quick on HLJ. I was going to get it until I saw the colors. They were fairly anime accurate and all, but just didn't pop as much as I had hoped they would. The sculpt itself was awesome.

i saw a silouhette of go-oakser on the SHE website when u click on the link for their godannar. I also saw a while back when they were making the gravion figures what looked like specs for the gravion flying fortress. that kinda had me excited.

Nope they're not all that different. All that differ from that Shin G. and Mine are the leg & wing detail that's it. As for the Perfect Getter its more the torso to capture that "egg-shaped" body from the New Getter anime and I think there was also a minor torso connector added for reinforcement that's pretty much it. Too bad though, because I really have no quams with SHEs transformation engineering. Its the "crumble-in-your-hands-after- you've-just-spent-a-small-fortune" effect coupled with the "bearly-able-to-hold-itself-up-looselesness" syndrome that I have a problem with. Though I'd really like a transforming Godannar, SHE won't be getting any further monies from me that's for sure. Xio: I'll try supergluing it again, hopefully I'll work this time, thanks for the advise In terms if the way that it looks, there is a lot of difference. You can see it for yourself. The CV version looks way better than the original OVA version. Here is the link halfeye.m78.com/sp_shin/ovab.html

Materials, joints and overall fraustratingly fragile demeanor unfortunately remained the same To me they're simply not "all that", and I wouldn't further scarce toy funds on any of their products.

Ouch. My brother-in-law somehow managed to knock over my Shin Getter-2. 1 broken shoulder join, 1 broken rear wing on the white ship and 3 broken fingers on the left hand. Took me like 5 hours to repair with epoxy. God I hate working with that stuff, it takes forever to harden.

As long as you are able to repair it, or you might be able to get the new metallic version when it comes out.

No diecast other than screws. It's a hand assembled and painted resin kit. It's between seven and eight inches tall. Those who are only interested in the design would be better served picking up a Kotobukiya model kit for $20, really. The SHE figure pretty much just caters to the obsessive hard core, eheh
