I'm planning on buying the DX MSIA Wing Zero Custom, to those who may have it, any thoughts if it will be a good purchase any pros and cons , or is it too similar with the Arch Enemy line ?

I'll probably check on it later, basically it is an upscale of the arch enemy wing, that is what my friend said, I liked the arche enemy series too, even the DX Sazabi so probably this one will be ok, I'll know later on ;D.
It will cost 30 bucks so here it will be a few hundred pesos more than the arch enemy wing 0.
I'll keep you posted when I get my hands on it ;D

Finally got it. Bandai did not label it as a DX anymore but they marked it as "Collector Series" (wonder why ?!?!?). Mainly it does look like a scaled up version of the W0 Arch enemies with a few little tweaks (besides the size ;D) . First, most of the joints are racheted so everything clicks into place, so posing the damn fool is great. Another feature is the ability to remove the backpack where the wings are located. So if you do not want the ala turkey design as some would call, you can just remove the backpack, and have it plain while holding two freakingly huge beam rifles ;D Just like the A.E. series, the W0 is weathered and in some parts have panel lines. It is also made with the same sturdy plastic and rubber so it should probably stand the test of time. Like previous DX MSIA this one needs some minor building specially on the beam riffles and the wings. And just like any DX the trees are thick , so filing will help specially when the cut is uneven (which is most of the times) Some things they changed that should have been there IMHO. One is the Inner wings, on the A.E. series the part of the wing retracts in the Collector Series it does not. Another, it does not have multiple set of hands, what you get is a hand poised for handling the rifle. It makes use of the peg hole in t he hands and the moving thumb to hold the beam sabers into place. All in all for 30 bucks it is a good purchase. Ahh my Gundam collection is starting to grow literally hahaha ;D

Yes, this gundam is cool. Actually, it's my first gundam. I bought it last week. I just don't like the hands, their too loose when holding the rifles. And how come the beam sabers are yellow, I thought they were green? I like the size and details of this gundam. And I think this is the start of my gundam collection. I would like to buy my second gundam, what would you recommend? I prefer the same size as the WZC. Any help will be appreciated. Please include pics and price. Thanks!

Hey, welcome to RobotJapan archangel1925 ;D ;D ;D
I finally got my DX WZC last week as well. I like it, although I would have liked it more if they didn't take out some of the features that the Arch Enemy version had, like the retractable rear wings, the saber hilt storage on the rear wing roots, the double jointed elbows, and the interchangeable hands.
The male peg on the Buster Rifle and the movable "thumb" isn't enough to help it hold the buster rifles, especially when they are joined together.
Bandai took a step forward with the scale, but took two steps back with the removal of the nice quirks.

Well the Sazabi is a good addition if you want the same size. It's bulkier to boot and the same price as the WZC ;D about 1500 pesos here so it is only $30. There are still some DX available here and off the same price.

Please include pics and price. Thanks! As Otaru stated, there are still available DX's in Manila. The DX GP-01FB (with core fighter from 0083) is still available at Arena in Green Hills for around PhP1.7K. The DX God Gundam can still be found in Ever Gotesco Department store in Quezon City. They are also selling it for P1.7K. They also have the GP-01FB for the same price. The DX Sazabi (the best one of the lot) can still be found in several department stores including The Landmark in Makati, and on the hobby shop at the 3rd floor of Isetann Recto. Both sell them for about P1.5-1.8K. If you have time, visit those stores to get the DX's to add to your collection. Good luck

JWM,
I was going to recommend HLJ, but after checking, their Sazabi is no longer on the list.
I may be able to get you that Saz. Where you at?
