How does this piece compare to the MSiA Dendrobium?

To me, the MSiA Dendrobium was a waste of plastic. The proportions were horrible on that thing, and I haven't heard much about it. This thing is totally different from the Dendrobium as far as design and quality. Its Katoki's work, so expect the best. Its a great display figure (not intended for play) and has excellent detailing and multiple modes (for those FIX fans who can't get enough of a dual mode FIX). Its Bandai's largest FIX figure and still the most profitable, as it continues to sell out and demand for restocks are high. I found mine on eBay for 50 bucks (the price of a larger FIX kit brand new) so I got lucky with mine. Then again, I got lucky with my Dendrobium HG 1/144th kit (120 USD from HK with 50 USD for ground shipping, which, when added up, still ends up being half of what most people pay).
This thing is in a league of its own from the MSiA Dendrobium.

I have the FIx Deep Striker, it's it pretty cool. It's not my favorite toy in the world (nor is it really a "toy") but it is nice. I have it in Deep Strikah mode and it's pretty. Beware of the connecting square between the BFG and Boosters, since it's quite small. Other then that, it's a fun display model.
