Okay, I'm new here. I just screwed up one of my dry transfer decals on my MG RX-78-2 version 1.5 and it was one of the decals that don't have an extra copy. ![:'(](http://lemonstre.fr/robot-japan/smileys/cry.png) Does anyone know a good way to fix this (I'm pretty sure I can't at this point) or if I can order a replacement decal sheet. I've seen sites that sell custom wet transfers, but only for the K.A. version and it dosn't look like it will match with the ones already on there.

I've often written directly to Bandai and gotten help/ extras. Try writing to your local customer service. ![:)](http://lemonstre.fr/robot-japan/smileys/smiley.png) Ed

How do I find the address for Bandai? I didn't even know they had local customer service. I'm in Florida, so I'm not sure if there's any local Bandai places down here. I buy all my gundams online because anime shops charge too much and never have what I want.

Cool, thanks for the email, although I'm not sure it will work becuase it's not a part, it's the decal sheet. I guess if I tell them the model kit, they'd be able to sell me the whole sheet of decals. I'll try it out and let you know if it works.

How long should it take for Bandai to respond, cause its been like a week now.... ![:-[](http://lemonstre.fr/robot-japan/smileys/embarassed.png) More specifically, its been since the last post. Will they ignore you, or do they send a response if they can't help you?

bandai is a huge company and they get thousands of e-mails,so your e-mail may never be answered or will be answered years from now. you could however go here: models4you.whoadude.com/index.html and buy the ultimate UC decal sheet.

HUZZAH!!!!! Bandia finally replied!!!! Here's what they had to say:
" Thank you for the time to email us and purchasing our products. We made an arrangement to get your replacement, spare decal. We accept the replacement of defective parts or broken parts caused by manufacturing or anything that is responsible for us. However if a cause is transportation or broken by customers, we accept replacement only once for special customer service. From second request, we are afraid but we can not replace such a part. Please be advised that this replacement for you is the special customer service. We will ship the replace decal to you as soon as we prepare. Furthermore, we will tell you a skill to transfer a decal successfully when we give you a notice of arranged shipment.
Very truly yours, Haru"
I love Bandai! This is awesome!

I love the subtle reminder:
You get one bail-out, and that's it. You just used yours.
Still, pretty cool. JWM
