Hola! como va todo, otro argentino el el foro! :-)
(excuse the spanish all you english speaking folks , just a friendly welcome).
Since this is an english forum, I'll write in english.
I don't personally own the thing but since I saw one on sale at 100 U$S or so a few months ago I did a little research. This is what I found: It's a BIG gundam. Seems twice as big as the Perfect Grades (like 50 cm or so!). BUT it does NOT have even a MG kit's detail. It's painted, yes, and it DOES have some nice shading and is good looking and impressive, but that's about it. its legs are FIXED (do not move as far as I know). It has very limited arm and head movement. That's about it. I thought about buying it when I saw it that cheap, since I know that thing costs twice as much or so new... but after seeing its relatively low detail and its fixed lower limbs, I decided to go for the PGs. The Jumbo Grade is also a "finished" piece. That means, no or minimal assembly. PGs, on the contrary, are A LOT of fun to build! My personal recommendation is: Get a Pg, not a JG ;-)
Saludos! ;-)

On a side note: you have to watch for the bootleg HK copy of the Bandai one its almost exactly the same except th bootleg has sticker/print applied to its shoulders nice touch actually.

I've got a HK knockoff which in some ways is even better than the Bandai version. This thing is huge at 20 inches, you can usually find one for under $100.00 but it's the shipping that will kill you, the box it comes in is just plain enormous.

I've got the ZAKU MS-06 and MS-06F as well as the RX-78 from Bandai and a bootleg RX-78 FA Gundan from HK. They range from $70- $200 (Green Zaku). They are nearly impossible to find now. Some pop-up on E-bay time to time. They display great!

Although I am excited that this line is even given another thought, here we see pix of upcoming color variants of the already released ZAKU's and RX-78's. I could think of hundreds of suits I'd like to see in a JUMBO format, but alas..... ...pix from NODA-YA...scroll to the bottom of the Gundam page link below...I must say, the Desert ZAKU is pretty sweet..... www.noda-ya.com/html/syohin/gundam.htm

So this line is being "re-issued" I can't say I blame bandai after all they may as well milk their molds for as much as their worth. Needless to say the word "rare" will never again be associated with Bandai.

I thought the jumbo grade was like the old shogun warriors/ jumbo macheners (sp) but looking at them now I have to say DAMN! I'm guessing they are more like a x2 1/60 HG 0r a x4 HG 1/100 way big and it's 35 scale for dioramas

Thank you for all the replies! Bleen: Thanks for the welcome, but I'm a member since 2003. I started this thread because a friend of mine bought a Jumbo Gundam from www.mercadolibre.com.ar/and he was interested in knowing its value. Thanks again for all the replies!
