This is still the holy grail of my SOC collection but I don't think I'll be getting it anytime soon. Hopefully Bandai comes through with a reissue (like I said before; GX-01 to 03 have had reissues so maybe 04 will be next) or I'm really screwed and will probaly have to spend more in the future.

yeh, well me too...
I think the craving is starting to wain for a GX-04...it was a difficult journey to secure a relatively fair-priced unit.
I suppose it will only go up in value over time
Oh Well, since its relatively new, it will be among us for a few years yet. Either the original or re-issues.
When Im ready again, it will hopefully be the GX-04S !! ;D
In the meantime, im scanning for some vintage goodies.
