Agreed there. Mask always had a lot of potential, but didn't fully "get there", ya know. I always felt most of the vehicles needed a little more imagination too. Still though, there was something about them. This is exactly why I'm still trying to stay away from collecting them

personally i had like over 20+ MISB mask toys more than a year back, ended up selling them all.. i just kept Thunderhawk, Rhino and Switchblade ;D Agreed there. My favorites were Rhino, Pirannha, Raven, the black truck, and the green helicoptor/motorcycle.
The rest I could do without, especially Gator, which seemed like the single most pointless convertable vehicle ever made.
"We're under attack?! What should we do?!!!"
"Let's launch a boat at them!"

I was considering MASK too, after receiving some of the figs in a general lot. But the scale was in-between everything else I had. Seems to have a strong following; but as you guys have found, once you get a taste for JR's, shelf room for other toys dissapears fast Ward

[quote author=shaxper Well I wouldn't say that After all, you just inspired me the other day to clear a whole shelf for Starcom [/quote] ;D Can Starcom be the exception? ;D Really, I mix my toy lines so much, that if MASK had been in Starcom scale, I would have gone for it. For example, Starcom and Air Raiders toys occupy the same 'universe' at my place (along with 'Computer Warriors').

I do that too, though I usually just explain size difference as being a result of different planetary origins. Air Raiders, hmmm? I barely remember them, but I just might try that. Incidentally, for your Diaclone scale needs, the voltron pilots that came with the 1997 Treadmasters remake are the exact same scale. I'll be sending some of mine your way shortly, anyway

Incidentally, for your Diaclone scale needs, the voltron pilots that came with the 1997 Treadmasters remake are the exact same scale. Slingshot and afterburner were always a couple of my favorites. Along with the main badguy's vehicle(name escapes me) the purple plane that turns into a chopper.
