"what is the meaning of 152 positive and 1 negative in the item i posted?"
feedback is the number next to the sellers name,
<http://cgi2.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback&userid=brandon6_0>
cgi2.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback&userid=brandon6_0if you click on that number it will take you to a page where you can read what other buyers have written about the seller.
in this sellers case 158 people have good things to say about the seller, and only 1 person has complained.
feedback is the most important part of ebay in my opinion, its how you know you can trust the seller or buyer.
you should contact the seller and ask how much shipping will cost to ship to your country(in the item description,he asks that international bidders do that)
and discuss how you can pay him.
after you know how much shipping will cost, you should decide how much you can afford to bid, then bid that amount.
keep in mind shipping will be added on to the final bid price
heres an example
if shipping is 50.00usd
and you bid 200.00usd and win the item for that amount
then you will have to ad 50.00usd to the 200.00usd.
so you will have to pay 250.00usd
also keep in mind because you are in a different country,it might cost you money to pay him.
you should discuss all this with the seller
and make sure you understand all your costs before you bid.
if you are new to ebay, you may want to start by buying things in your own country, until you have a clear understanding as to how it works.
i hope that helps and didn't confuse you more
