Yeah, thats a Korean made bootleg and you can buy them on www.toysee.net for about $8 U.S. plus shipping. They arent great compared to a diecast Chogokim but, they are very cheap and colectible. There are worse `maginger'Z' roboots around than that, and most of them hail from Sth Korea. The thing is that Mazinger or `Maginger' has become an icon much like Godzilla and there are copies of him everywhere. These pics are either from a collector named Kaus in Canada or they are from the Japanese Mazinger book. These first Mazingers are from around the globe. my.dreamwiz.com/kaus76/FakeMazinger/FakeMazinger.htmThese are all from Korea. The first one sold for well over $250.00 before. The Mazinger with the green on the wings is also here as are the edison brand model kits which have sold for in excess of $70 U.S. before in Japan. myhome.naver.com/kaus76/toys/toys.htm

just one thing: be careful of kaus, he ripped me off 600$ and never sent any goods! and now he doesn't reply anymore, so in case you ecide to get any of the korean knockoffs, be sure to avoid kaus in every way.

Very interesting... I've chatted online with him. I'll enquire through channels about that as he seemed very nice to me...
Fate, did you lodge a complaint with Ebay?

the transaction was partially on ebay, the rest outside, but I couldn't complete the insurance form because 1) Kaus kept emailing me about the shipping and he seemed very nice so the time expired and 2) he was suspended on ebay with his account for excessive negs!
Do what you feel Sasha, but get this tip: watch your back very carefully.
BTW, I really hope Kaus used all the money he stolen from me in buying medicines.

Hmmm, I enquired with some Korean collectors about him and only got one comment......Apparently Kaus took 3 months to repay the guy after Kaus sold an item on ebay US for this other guy in Korea. Apart from that nobody else had actually dealt with him before- people knew his site but that was all.

I have no idea if you'll get paid three months later or not. I'd just keep trying to get a response; be creative in your attempts to contact him.
