All these posters are fantastic! Thanks for posting them, chogoman. I haven't seen most of these films, aside from the Godzilla ones. I love how Frankenstein is just thrown into so many of the titles, especially in "Frankenstein's Kung Fu Monster." Awesome!
When I was 18 I was in the Army stationed in Germany and I dated a girl named Frankenstein for a while. She was not associated with any kung fu monsters, though.

More Gojira. The last "classic" Godzilla movi from 1975. Mechagojira No GyakushuLast Ishiro Honda Godzilla movie. Teruyoshi Nakano was FX-Director. This movie is very special to me, it was the last one i saw in cinema when i was "small". Lots of "last's" Some years later Star Wars was released and i forgot the japanese "monster-world" for about 10-12 years, untill i "re-discover" Gojira & Co. Terror of Mechagodzilla (US release 1978) Here you see the german A1 poster from 1975. Title: "The brood of the devil" lobbyfotos Some weeks ago i posted the german The Myterians poster. Another great Honda movie from 1957. I just found these 2 old german lobbyfotos in my collection and made a scan. Unfortunately I have no lobbycard with the robot Mogera, the giant "mole-like-robot"

I love the lobby card with just Mechagodzilla. These are really fantastic. Do you have this all displayed in your home or do you keep them in storage? BTW I recently saw The Mysterians for the first time and I liked it. The only reason I even found out about that film was by discovering it was the origin of the Hesei Moguera. Please keep the pix coming. You are inspiring me to start collecting these myself.

hi darylcav, unfortunately most of the movie-stuff is in storage. i've just a few posters framed. cause beside the poster collection i'm a toy-collector, all the robots etc need "place" to display too. well, it's a hard live as a collector starting to collect yourself sounds good. there's lots of stuff you could find today on eBay etc for good prices. i'm more into japanese robots today. i just buy posters & lobbycards from time to time.

Hello everybody! My update today is dedicated to Godzillas Son. But who's the mother of Minya? Where does the "Godzilla-egg" comes from? Could Godzilla lay eggs like a chicken? ;D no, no It must have something to do with atomic-extraterrestrial-powers... Nevertheless, this movie by Jun Fukuda is fun. Japanese release was 1967, the title is Gojira No Musuko. US release was 1969 in TV only, title is Godzillas Son. In germany the movie came into the movies in 1971 under the title: Well you all know what comes no, yip "Frankensteins Monster chase/hunt Godzillas Son"Lets start with the back/title of a movie-programm (size A5) Here are 2 original press fotos german A1 poster 2 german A3 miniposter (A3 miniposter where part of lobbyfoto-sets) A4 lobbyfotos more lobbyfotos and one info/typo card lobby-monster-action with minya, gojira the big spider Spiga/Kumonga and a bunch of evil mantises called Gimantises/Kamakiras finally two lobby-family-fotos Thats it for today, enjoy!

Hello august, great posters! I love the graphics very much, fantastic. The "german-artwork" is really bad compared to the US posters. The german release of Battle in outer space was 1960 by Columbia and had been re-released 1966 by Columbia again. The german title is: "War in Space" Here are the german A1 posters first/re-release version. thats how the lobbyfotos look like

I really like the 1960 issue of the German poster for BATTLE IN OUTER SPACE (one of my favorite films of this genre)... I'll have to keep an eye out for one. — GODZILLA RAIDS AGAIN (1955) — Official reproduction of original release poster (20x29) — GIGANTIS, THE FIRE MONSTER (1959) — U.S. version of GODZILLA RAIDS AGAIN (1955) Warner Brothers' One Sheet (27x41) Warner Brothers' Half Sheet (22x28) Warner Brothers' Press Book
