Hi all,
Another GREAT review from Gold! An SOC of Camp Big Falcon would be cool - I just wish it isn't a web exclusive.
Cheers,

Ok guys, HELP ME OUT!!! ;D A while back, I wanted to acquire some SOC hands and fists so's I can repro-cast them for my custom robot figures, and I bought a set of Combattler hands at ebay... Today I received my package in the mail from a toy store in HK (an ebay purchase)... cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=390220950634&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:ITUntil now, I was expecting these SOC Combattler hands to be the average size like the hands of my GX-01R Mazinger. Cool, No problem. I ran home, got my mail, went out for a bus ride and took the package with me, sat in the back seat by the window and Chilled...opened the envelope... BAM!!! I tell ya I Never expected this SOC's hands to be so damn HUGE!!! They're so huge they literally jumped outta da envelope and Gang-Jumped me! They're so HUGE the bus driver had to call Child-Protective Services against them! Their so HUGE the other passengers got clocked straight in da eye! ;D Ok, quite exaggerated, but, C'mon guys, y'all KNOW what I'm talkin about here! ;D So..... I must assume this Combattler SOC must be friggin GIGANTIC compared to the GX-01R, now that I see and have these Combattler hands, huh! Holy Jeee-zzzus they're HUGE! Ok, back to the topic. ;D zozo-Magengar

Yeah it's pretty big, a bit over 24cm. If I get a chance i'll take a pick of the two.

gud day, was wondering, since alot agrees that GX-50 is better than the 03, does that mean the first one don't hav value? or better trade it for a newer version?

CM's Corp is rolling out a Chizuru Nambara Action figure (a la Figma) Gutto Kuru No.38 Chizuru Nambara: www.cmscorp.jp/products/gkf38_chizuru_nambara.html9240Yen, stands 200MM tall (8 Inches), Out in November. Here's hoping they make more male and female Super Robot Pilots into action figures (at the very least there should be a Megumi Oka/ Jaime Robinson from Voltes V counterpart for this) Gold

Male figures are unlikely, as the "Gutto Kuru" (Good-Cool) line is exclusively ladies, but more pilot figures are always welcome - even if they're ridiculously expensive >.<

For $100 I'll buy the materials and make my own even if it becomes a melted wad of plastic. ;D

I finally opened my GX-50. Man, this is so much better than GX-03 (one of my least favorite SOCs, it is so flimsy!!!). I think that this new Combattler version will redeem the robot for me. Now, I want the base

Congrats on your purchase mazfan I caved last year and pick gx-50 for the weapons effects, I was also pleasantly surprised with how different this was from the original gx-03. It is so much better and now I'm somewhat sold on the idea that it actually deserves its own "gx" number....but still.
Since I would unlikely get nowhere near the price I paid for the gx-03 if I were to sell it, I decided to keep it, using it as props for the base.

Hi all, just a quick look at the Cm’s Corp. Gutto and Kuru #38 Chizuru Nambara Unique design for the hair piece makes the hair able to “sway” left or right Chizuru stands roughly 8” tall Different facial expressions. Display stand, it took me a while to figure out how the parts connect (no instructions at all!). Basically the stand locks in place with the help of the peg running underneath the base. Joint system is very, very similar to Revoltechs, sans the ratchet joint design. It can be kind of annoying since the neck of the joints can be pulled out of the sockets too easily. Swapping the helmet parts on is an utter nightmare. The holes for the neck joint are super tight!! Unless you’re prepared to either snap the joint by accident, or have really strong thumbs, I don’t recommend doing the swap and just never try Chizuru with the helmet on. It took me an hour to slowly “wiggle” the parts off the neck joint, after which decided to drill the hole using a screwdriver, otherwise I’d have to go through the whole ordeal again next time. Seriously, if you’re not prepared for this type of hell, don’t try it. Bangs parts for helmet. Overall, a nice figure but could’ve been way better without the helmet-parts hell. Gold
