I wonder if Bandai would reissue it one day. The price online for it is beyond crazy.

I like it, but I think Belarious front legs should have been removable instead of just folding to the back, as it take away from how Daltanius looks when combined.

I got mine used for $300. I tried bidding for one last weekend and lost... It went for $330. Know what? I don't mind used SOCs... It's kinda cool to know that someone else loved the piece. I have at least three other used SOCs.

I have at least three other used SOCs. I see 1 pop up every month at around $300. Just have to be patient for someone that needs to see. Otherwise it's like $350 +$70 for shipping. I feel you on buying used. When I sell, I wrap and make sure my babies go out well. When I buy, some people just toss things into a box send you dinged up figures. I just got one last week and the box was all torn up. The figure was great, so I'm not complaining, but the box went through some meat grinder.

Count me as 3rd in agreement about Used SOCs. I was blessed when TMZ sold me one of his GX-02R's, it was damn brand new, SIB in pristine condition and all, not even a spec of dust what-so-ever; and the way he packaged it for delivery was Top Notch. Such an awesome SOC coming from Him, that alone told me how much he appreciates and takes care of his figures very seriously. Some of my other hauls came to me used from other RJers, and those were also in very good condition and well-packaged. zozo-mag I got mine used for $300. yeah....i dont mind used SOCs as well, especially larger ones. my gx-13 was bought used as the price for a new one have really soared in the secondary during that time and i am amazed how well the previous owner have taken cared of it.

Yeah, there is something about the history of the robot being handled by someone else that deeply cared about it that makes my used purchases as equally valuable as my new ones.

A manager at my job always talked about having the vintage Godaikin Daltanious as a kid which fueled my interest and curiosity on what this robot was all about. Once GX-59 was announced, I immediately pre-ordered. And when it arrived, it was such an amazing piece to own.
GX-59 is definitely a must own for SOC collectors and even if I didn't have one during release, I would probably end up paying the current aftermarket prices for one now because it is damn worth it.

I haven't combined GX-59. I am having fun playing with the individual pieces.

Yeah, it is a pretty neat SOC. I never had the Godaikin one either, and that's the reason why I got the SOC. I've only seen a couple of episodes of the anime, but they were in Japanese without subs. }D

the gx-59 is a very nice combiner, perfection combination like they call it? 3 robots combined seamlessly without attaching extra bits and pieces like gx-61 daioja.

I see it, no subs and I really couldn't watch more than 2... But the figure is so nice. I'll hang out for a few months for a good looking / used one to pop up (at a decent price.) I'm not that committed yet to spend $400. I feel like the Chicken hear... ( You know what I mean... "Having Eggs & Bacon for breakfast... Chicken was INVOLVED, but the Pig was COMMITTED... So which are you?") LOL

I got both of mine for $315 in November of last year. One was MISB and the one with the shield and sword came just like that with nothing else.
