I have been collecting since 2000 and I just stick to select diecast godaikin figures, and chogokin figures. Still waiting to buy the GA-50 daiku if there is one out there, that will be my final robot..... for the vintage series...lol. Seriously though, I dont really collect everything out there but select few where I like the quality and look. I just cant see myself collecting everything under the sun... The key I think is to just focus on a key criteria and stick to your guns. Your collection can be diverse enough to enjoyed without being overpowering to your life, your loved ones, or your square footage of your home...

The episode that has the japanese robot collector was the only episode whose hosts didn't "convince" the collector to sell any item. She was quite impressed with how organize he was. They just did an inventory of his collections....great episode to watch if you can...in Canada you can watch it online through slice.ca
