Guys, I have an extra brand new Getter Machine Gun for sale [$30.00 USD] to be used with Sentinel T-Rex Black Getter as seen in the Super Robot Wars Z3 videogame! Please, send me a message if you are interested.

Guys, where did S×T come with the idea of that chain with Black Getter from? Was it in a SRW game or a manga? Also, the 44 Magnum Shikishima SP with the Revoltech?

Sorry to revive the old thread but I thought it's important.
I JUST realized an alternate and arguably MUCH better way to put Getter1's cloth cape....
.Just Pop the head off and hook "the black rubber band loop" of the cloth Cape on the NECK. Finally Pop his head back on....Voila~
A 5second hack. So freaking easy and he looks crap ton better!! IMHO, I myself am fully convinced this is the actual way the designer originally intended method to put the Cape on. His bizarre long neck makes more sense now...(well just when his Cape is on.)
Try it and let me know what you think.

Oh and one more thing,
I just found out his " wrist" has a pull out joint attatched on top of the ball joint to extend hand articulation even more....just amazing, simple yet highly effective engineering.
This is Sentinel I know and I support, The top of the joint game, ahead of it's time. Beats out ALL the competition back in the day.

I'm just impressed to see people still playing with these things. Speaks very highly in itself.

Hi Duke. I can put up a photo on Monday...busy celebrating mums day.
But meanwhile here is a simplified direction. The last post I rambled on...as I always tend to do, like right now.
1.pop the head off. 2.hang the cape on the neck 3. Put the head back on. And Voila! Enjoy your handy work.
But TBH..though it looks million times better( again IMHO), it is not "source accurate" I realized today.
His Cape grows out of his back and NOT sits on his shoulders...

His Cape grows out of his back and NOT sits on his shoulders... Exactly! That's why I think the video I made is the closest to accuracy.

resurrecting this thread as I am planning to get me this Sentinel Getter 1 Robo. Any know issues I should be aware of? I was really fascinated by the appearance and engineering but it took me too long as I cant afford the price. But it seems luck has finally arrive. Stoke to get my hands on this beast!!!

He def is one of my favorite display piece. A joy to handle.
Just a couple of issues on mine.
1.His head/neck joint still is bit awkward looking to me....really an odd design decision.
2.I had to use mineral oil and many "gentle strokes" to loosen the amazing elbow joints to get the full potential.
