Well, if he comes with that giant combining vehicle thing and accessories, I'm at least hoping that, however big they make him, he won't break the bank. I have to admit, it's nice to get into a new toy collecting scene and share that feel of anticipation for a new entry with others

I think he’s gonna be as tall as Danguard Acr if he has that ship accessory.

It's been pretty much confirmed that Tryder will be 23cm tall or around 9", Danguard was only 19cm.

Considering the accessories and the size, that doesn't surprise me.
That's about as much as I paid for Gunbuster.

I believe Gunbuster's original MSRP was 18,000 Yen. If you're paying 27,000 Yen, it's definitely aftermarket.

Yeah, it was.
I did have a good deal of extra cash on me at the time though. I sure hope that price is going to change, cause I don't recall a mass release SoC costing over 20k yen before.

Im GLAD the price is high for Tryder, not becuase i like to spend alot, but it means a good toy with alot of accessories!!,Triple the price of danguard almost, that means triple the toy Bandai wise! I mean it has the extra ship with it and possibly more stuff,if its anything like the vintage. ,getting 2 or 3 of Tryder.

From Cybergundam's Facebook account 超合金魂 G7 2014年6月發售 27,000Yen Ouch! It's pricey as heck!!! 27K yen is absurd. Were ANY SOCs this much upon release? This can't be correct. If so, I am priced out. That would suck big time.

Release date of June. I wish it were cheaper, but I am 100% in.
The list on the Yamato GX-64 is ¥ 27,300

27,000Yen is pretty expensive.
I never be a big fans of accessories during the limitation of my display space. Somehow I wish they would sell the main Trider robot separately in a lower price point.

Considering how the MISB vintage Tryders go for these days, it is a bargain.
And what is with all the price complains? Last time I checked CM's Grendizer had a MSRP of 29,800 JPY (before retailers discounts), and it was a POS. At least we will be getting a good quality product from Bandai.

I'm getting it but yikes that's a lot of Peso's, I'm keeping my eye out for pre-orders.
