Bigger SoCs usually don't come with a base, because of the sace it'd take up in the box, and also because once the figure is big enough it can perfectly stand on its own, having a wide feet range. Your SoC Mazingers will get a base. Your Gaikings, your Getters, your Tetsujins will get a base. But just look at Zambot, Daltanious, Iron Gear, Ideon... they don't have bases. Sure, there are some exceptions, there may be some big SoCs with a base and some small ones without. But that's the general rule. This GGG most probably has no base included.

An accessory rack still counts as a base IMO...

Sorry, i don't know how to call it. A stand base like Dygenguar or Gunbuster might be super cool, but i can't even dream it for a huge Soc like GGG. What I really mean is something like Soc Daioja or Soc Daltanious has, a "base" that can store all their accessory. Since GGG come with a lot of small accessory, i think something like that is needed.

Articulated hands (which ain't really accesories, more like alternate pieces), Hell&Heaven hands (again, alternate pieces), and the Dividing Driver. That's all there is. The Gao Machines are not accesories, because they're needed for the combination. This SoC comes with almost no accesories, a base or item stand is not really necessary. BUT I'd love something like what Bandai gave us for the GX-04S, a stand so you can display the main robot plus all the vehicles in formation. That'd be cool.

Just realized it, i made some mistake, i thought Soc GGG will have some funny effect part like Brave gokin GGG and SRC GGG, Protected shade and broken magnum effect. But since Soc GGG won't have those effect part, i agree with you that this SoC comes with almost no accesories.
Well, Brave gokin GGG have a base to store Dividing Driver and all its effect part, there is a GGG logo on the base, it look good and i thought Bandai will probably make something like that for Soc GGG.

I wouldn't be surprised if Bandai was plannning to give us an "extra parts and accesories" set later on. I mean, it worked with the SRC version, right? Part pack after part pack, even TWE ones, firstly the Goldion Hamer, then the Gatling Driver, the Pliers, the Star Parts... there's just so much stuff. I'm telling you know, they'll go the Big O way and make a TWE accesory pack, just to add more things to the roster. Mabe they'll include a base/display stand with that, who knows... *fingers crossed*

If you got Baikanfu, you will not be sorry about getting the SOC GaoGaiGar. }D I loved the Baikanfu,so im sure to like GGG,feel like kind of a poser and a bandwagon jumper though, neither of which Ive never been in my life LOL.I know ZERO about the anime, swore Id never collect oiutside my years Ive chosen...BUT just dying for a NEW GOOD SR,and lately that is a rare thing.Pipe dreams from HLPro,CMs closed down,ET only offering magnet SRs,SOCs way too far and in between..Nothing but Getters everywhere with Sentinel,SRCs etc etc..which is OK but bored fast..etc etc..so ill take a chance even if I hate the Amtrak stuck through his shoulders...I do like the occasional Brave though so... and he does look fun, kinda big and menacing so...I wont be buying expansion packs for him though what it is already is enuff for me...

You will not regret getting GGG baron. Although its not your favourite mech, its still an awesome figure to keep, fully articulated fingers, real tank treads, these two is an art that never been done by bandai SOC line not even the DX have fully articulated fingers Finally, 100% anime accurate transformations !!!!! I think

I think Sorry mate, but GX-63 General Franky had both fully articulated fingers and real tank treads just as well also, the transformation/combination cheats a bit, but overall it is pretty anime accurate. Just like for many other SoCs.

Yeah but Franky is'nt a SR,and FRANKLY Id rather forget its even in the SOC line! LOL In fact, even if I bought it and loved it, I consider it being part of the Chogokin line. Not the SoC. He's not a classic super robot (even if he parodies and pokes fun at them) and he's not part of a mecha show. But he IS a super robot nonetheless, he fits the description perfectly
