Guys... if you suspect this could be Miracle Productions, under a new company name, take another look at that logo up on the top left (Your left) side of that box, right up there that "steel plate" logo with the words Infinity Gokin inside the plate..... ....that steel plate logo design looks similar to the steel plate "MMW" logo on Miracle Production's VV box. Here's a pic for comparison ( I circled the logos with red circles)....... "Infinity Gokin"........ "Miracle Metal Works" Notice the similarity? I hope I'm wrong and just buggin out of my mind. But, I could almost swear this is MP's new identity. If so, more power to them, and I wish them success WITHOUT wep intervening with this production... ...because if wep Does find out about this and gets involved, I will be one mad wep-hatin Pissed-Off beeitch. Now... if this is to be the case, if you ask me, I would try Not to jump on pre-ordering this item until it is rock-solid certain that this will be available through a trusted retailer.... I'm just trying to help spare our brothers any heartache such as what happened with the VV. NO promotional Salesman Hype from anyone who might come on here claiming to have any "juice" with the manufacturer, What-so-ever. We've all been through that BS before. Not havin it again. Homies don't play dat! lol zozo-mag Great catch! This further proves my suspicion that Mad Toys is the new identity of Miracle Production. Well, we'll know for sure if it's Miracle's new identity once this item is released on sale. I must admit it's a Very slick "DBA" move. In that case, they really need to avoid announcing this item by the Voltron or Golion name on Facebook, by all means. Because WEP already has a growing presence on Facebook. Even a slight relative word can easily get tagged and linked to a target Facebook user or page such as WEP's page. Example: how often have any of you guys connected to me at FB typed a word that starts with "ton" or "Ton" and my name (Tony Vazquez) shows up in a drop-box as a tag option? lol
If you type "Vol", the name Voltron will automatically get tagged to anyone registered on Facebook as the relative target if they use that name as their Facebook page title or as a username. The tag alerts the target person/FB page that they were "mentioned" in another Facebook user's status update and comments. That's how Facebook works, just like YouTube hits when you watch a video. Just so you know. Right now it seems that MP has also changed their signature logo... ...if you look on your VV's box, their signature logo was a white lion head on a red background with the word "Miracle". I had just looked at their FB page, and their signature logo is now just a simple red "M" on a white background. Keep an eye out for it when we see more pics of this new Golion figure, and look for the red M on this item's box... that should confirm this is MP's product. zozo-mag

I doubt that Infinity Gokin is a new cover for Miracle Works - Infinity has the strong evidence of a company based in Japan. Miracle Metal Works was a Hong Kong company, and the original advertisement for Vehicle Voltron was never made in Japanese language, nor the price was ever offered in Japanese Yen in their advertisement. Even in the 3rd Party Transformers world, only Maketoys advertised their new products in Japanese because they're the only 3rd party transformers company based in Japan(CMIIW).

Maybe, but Ive never seen them written that way with the hyphen anywhere.Spelling ok,but adding a hyphen between the name's syllables makes no sense.I can see it done once, but its with several robots, too much of a coincidence."ga-keen?" no where will you find it written that way besides CMs google it youll see. Baron, rest assured that CM's Corp robots in question are 100% fully licensed products. The problem is that the Japanese folks do not keep any consistency when translating names into English. Heck, If I remember correctly Bandai's SOC Danguard Ace had a name plate that read "Danguard-A." Yamatos is also Danguard-A Its how it appears in the real anime logo. I believe its the actual name of the anime.

Not bad, this Golion will be msrp at 21,800 yen. Today's rate: Y21,800 yen = $212 USD, in case some of you don't know the Yen to Dollar currency exchange rate. And, it also tends to change on a daily basis-- so, keep that in mind. zozo-mag Isn't that expensive for being a bootleg/replica?

Not really just look at 3rd party Transformer stuff, and that fan base is probably a hundred times larger then Golion/Voltron's. I just pre-ordered a 3rd Party Dinobot Slag and it was $200US for just one figure.

Sorry, but I won't go near this with a 10 foot pole if they are connected to MP. If you're product is so bad you have to change your name to hide from the shame of your last release, you won't get my money.
I'll just wait for a better official release instead, or some review that shows that this is quality. Not in the market for overpaying for cheap bootlegs. I think it's funny so many people were pissed at MP but they see this and drop their panties.
Did you learn nothing?

...was...was the Dairugger THAT bad? it seems everyone here HATES this figure like it poisoned the crops, killed their families, and sent forth a plague or something... I liked it (then again, my bias for gokin toys is often "blinding"). Good toy overall. The problem is the bad-taste PURCHASING the toy has left with most people.

The toy was great but the company blows but I'll still buy this thing if they are making it as the VV is a pretty awesome figure. I just won't pre order now that I know how they operate

...was...was the Dairugger THAT bad? it seems everyone here HATES this figure like it poisoned the crops, killed their families, and sent forth a plague or something... The figure itself wasn't terrible but the company and the politics involved left an extremely bad taste in everyone's mouth. I really hope this isn't Miracle and I REALLY hope WEP doesn't interfere.

I think some of the horror stories and pictures of missing pieces, sh*t paintjobs, and crap engineering counts as pretty damn bad. Sure, they did a second run after enough b*tching. But it's still not something I'd hang my hat on.

I wouldn't hang my hat on this either..... Yet. Right now, we're just trying to guess who is the manufacturer behind this item. To think that it might be MP is just pure speculation, with no evidence or confirmation. All we have here to go by are the little visual "hints" as pointed out in that photo. Even then, we still cannot assume this is MP. It's just a guess. Until this new item is out there in stock on store shelves, we're just havin a little fun trying to decipher this mystery while killing time until the actual release of this item. zozo-mag

Someone on tfw says those last two characters (the only two that are similar) just mean "gokin", so that 'evidence' magengar pointed out seems to just be a misguided conspiracy theory.

I'm not getting on your case for pointing it out. It was cool and smart that you saw that. It's more that everyone is just so quick to take that at face value because in a twisted way I think they want to believe this is miracle. People love a common enemy

No worries. I understand your viewpoint, and I agree with you. I seriously hope I didn't start any wild rumors... as in, the "Telephone Game". I played that game in school, telling a kid a secret- and by the time everyone in the classroom heard about it the story was completely different from the original message. zozo-mag

As bad as miracles first impression has been the toy was pretty decent and very articulated. I got what I paid for even if they came out less later on. I honestly wouldn't mind if it were miracle for a couple reasons being that they already produced a very nice unit the first time out which should mean their follow up toy should be an improvement on the first. I'm looking at the crotch..of course.. and the background in the display and comparing it to the VV. I wonder how similar th re ratchet joints on the upper legs are to vv

@ Crpdiablos: I'm with you there about the VV thing with Miracle. For their first time ever making a diecast figure it was a crazy learning experience for them. Version 1 had major problems, but they quickly rebounded with Version 2. Overall, I like its engineering how it's able perform as 15 separate vehicles, then combine into three Team battle vehicles, AND then combine to form the robot and Still fully function as an Action Figure! That's quite an amazing feat for a first effort.
Now, we're looking at a robot formed of five separate lions. I hope these five separate lions can articulate well on their own. But then the real test will be when they combine to form the robot and then we'll see if it can pull off the ability to fully function as an articulated action figure. Five lions... shouldn't be difficult at all.
With these types of toys, it's all about Clever engineering to get an action figure to function both ways (separate sub-units, and then combined as a whole body). We'll soon see how this Golion will make out.

Anyway, hopefully things will clear up once more info starts popping up.
