Not much really to instruct you about. Unless some troll out there has some awful ideas of what else to shove into that...spot. Ahem. Sorry, Friday. Back to my hole.

But, the normal colors really work well. I had initially heavily considered picking this up but decided to hold off because of the Bandai stuff I had to PO. I will go after the EX Gokin Jeeg and Daipolon though.

Fixed it for you. thank you I was honestly awestruck when I unboxed Reideen. And the Godbird set takes it to the next level. yes they are raising their game alot lately, scratches are minimum plastic protection bags all over the important areas not to mention the awesome look of their figures, cant wait for future releases from Fewture lol

I also got my Fewture Reideen this weekend and while the figure was very nice and very technical (lots of gimmicks and transformation/poseability/weapon options), I was extremely disappointed with the metal content. It was very light and felt like its only made up 30% metal. Legs had the most metal content but torso was very minimal. Godbird unit was entirely made of plastic except for the screws/rivets that hold them together. (same disappointment I had when I got the New Material Turn A Gundam amidst the SOC models).
Don't get me wrong, it's a very beautiful model, just that metal content is something I look for. Colors are sharp, edges are literally sharp. Time will tell if the plastics become brittle and crack. I have twisted and folded the Godbird unit and stood up well. As usual with Fewture models, the crotch ratchets can't seem to get their angles right when standing it up. Otherwise I don't see any QA paint/chipping issues. Instructions are painful to follow, they're in black and white but they're rendered too dark compared to previous EX Gokin models. Another minor gripe, getting to the plastic stand was painful as the white cardboard sleeve didn't slip out of the box anymore (it's glued to the box) so you have to pry out the styro box to get to it.
I bought it off eBay when they had the $100 off coupon, so I didn't feel bad paying the price tag, but personally knowing what I know now, I wouldn't pay 600++ for a mostly plastic model.
My opinion only. Your enjoyment may vary.

Here's my FEWTURE Models: EX Gokin - Reideen the Brave Ultimate Godbird Set Unboxing: My Collection Photos: Instagram: robots_are_art
My Thoughts:Well, I've had this for a few months now. I was blown away when I opened it, and that hasn't changed. I've handled this figure quite a bit, and it's excellent. Nothing is loose - all points are stiff. Pieces don't fall off. The finish is flawless and durable. Dragon has been viewed as the pinnacle of EX Gokin design. But this T-Rex (SEN-TI-NEL) collaboration is cutting edge. It's an improvement for FEWTURE in many ways - in particular, the level of articulation and joint system have advanced. While this figure is not as heavy, it is SOLID. It's engineering truly outshines. The pic of the high-kick says it all - the range of motion and strong (but not that clicky) ratchets are fantastic. The Godbird transformation took a while (see the SIX page instructions). But it's massive and awesome when finished. I don't think I'll display that mode, but the weapons formed from its parts complete the set and add value.
Reideen is a departure for the EX Gokin line. While the sculpt is muscular, the monster theme is abandoned. Insane metal content is traded for balance and extreme articulation. When pictures of this figure released, I wasn't sure about it. It was so new and different. But it grew on me. And, I was right; it is new and different. For me, that's a good thing.
