Uh oh, it looks like the nay sayers are having a change of heart! ;D Judging by the pics, I'm starting to like it even more than I originally did too. The final version looks great!
Regarding the character itself, is Xabungle a sentient, self-aware robot? Or is he piloted by human like all the other SOCs?

It's piloted by a guy named Jiron Amos (main pilot).

I know Transformers are self-aware robots but how about those bad guys in Mazinger Z series like Garada K7, M2 etc.. Do they have pilot too or self-aware bots?? Can't remember, have to watch the series again

Can't remember, have to watch the series again I think they have A.I. chips in them that control their functions. That's how it is in the SRW games anyway. Xabungle looks pretty cool in a cheesy 80's way. That's not really my thing, but I'm sure it'll be every Xabungle fan's wet dream.

Wasn't it Clover that made the original Xabungle? I'm curious to see what the original looked like.
How can you not like him? He comes with skis, and he pulls a camper! Now if I can just find some Adventure People action figures and I'm ready for vacation.

Only one more month until GX-28 comes out! I'm loving it,especially the box art. Its seems to be taking on the Mazinger Angels art style.

That sucks! I hate those white sprue stress marks on my figures. Plus if you decide you want to put together the figure together you just lost MIB value.

It looks like GX-28 isn't as good a value as was previously thought.

Well we all knew it was going to be a plastic figure and I guess that putting it together saves a little of the price but we'll have to wait and see if it is more of a action figure or a something like a Gundam model kit. If I do assemble it I might add some Krazy Glue just to make it a little sturdier.

Really,I really don't care if Brackaly is a model kit, however it would have been nice if it had minor assembly like the ZOIDS kit I got in Dengeki Hobby's June 2005 issue. The only thing I'm looking forward to in this set is Xabungle and its accessories and that's final.(PS: The upper arms(or even whole arms) of GX-28's XABUNGLE might be plastic,by the look of it.)
