Zonvolt's Grungust Type-0 would be great.
What about the grand-daddy of all Banpresto originals, Cybaster?

If anything I bet its the SRX only on account that every time a smaller company cracks the perfect change code (ie studio half eye), bandai seems to put their diecast foot down and say "oh Yea!?" Im always impressed with studio half eye's line of transforming figures, however their price tags and the fact most of their products are made of resin (how easily breakable i dont know) are a bit of a turn off. found a nice little product listing of some their stuff, loaded with many pictorials, including the perfect change grungust and gunbuster. www.hlj.com/cgi-perl/tanoue/freedomlist.cgi?Maker1=she&Category=SciOth&

I am hoping that it's one of the other super robots like SRX, Grungust, Dygenguar or Aussenseiter. However, like Kuro Kishi mentioned, it will probably be Mazinkaiser to compliment the Mazingers.
I'm pretty sure it will be one of the supers and not the real robots, tho.

I hate to say it, but now that I think about it Mazinkaiser would wouldn't surprise me much. I will actually be really bummed out if it's Mazinkaiser. There are plenty of Mazinkaisers out there with Aoshimas dozen repaints etc, and then Max Factory is re-releasing theirs. I'll take any OG character over another Maz at this point.

I hope it's not another Alteisen. I'm quite content with unifive's alteisen. I do hope that it will be something that is big and transforming or combining, but then it only leaves SRX. Maybe Cybuster is not such a bad idea after all, or Valsione. Zengar's reishiki is great as long as it comes with reishiki's zankatou, but I prefer one of the transforming variations, be it the type-1, -2, or 3. A thrudgelmir would also be awesome! Hey Xio, do you know that SHE is releasing a perfect change cybuster? halfeye.m78.com/products/cybaster/cybaster_1/cybaster_1_top/cyb_1_top.html

If it's Mazinkaiser, then it will be the original Banpresto version. The one with the built-in Scrander that detaches into the Jet Boomerang. It also has a different chest emblem and forearms from the later anime/manga version.
The original Mazinkaiser doesn't have the Kaiser Sword and Kaiser Nova which are the final attacks of the anime and manga version respectively.

I don't think it will be Mazinkaiser. Bandai is not dumb enough to do a Kaiser gokin, when its already pretty saturated with it. Besides, Kaiser is not quite a SRW mech, even though it debutd in the game.

If they do a transforming robot I would really like to see an Altalion. He would be easy to accomplish as a transformer and he looks pretty cool in both modes.

The Cybuster doesn't look it transforms much... Actually, the alternate mode doesn't look like anything... is it a dragon or something?

@xio: After you get the Altalion, you will need the Vegalion too... megatroptimus: Cybuster transforms into something called the "Cybird". With such a simple transformation, I keep wondering why the Volks or the Kotobukiya kit can't transform into the cybird mode...

With such a simple transformation, I keep wondering why the Volks or the Kotobukiya kit can't transform into the cybird mode... With the Vegalion/ Altalion duo probably means neither of them will ever be made in the SOC line.. Same probably goes for the Wildwurger/ Wildfalken combo..sort of. Even though these guys are a little older, I still really like both of them. The Volks "Twin Bird Strike" set is one of my favorite releases they've put out. Too bad that both Volks and Kotobukiya have stayed away from perfect transformations. I love the Kotobukiya kits, but the closest transformation they have is probably Wildraubtier, which is like a parts swapper but without extra parts - (take parts off and put them on again somewhere else). I was thinking the Wildraubtier would actually be a perfect transformation when I first saw the pics. I still really like it, but if only.. And why Volks didn't make Altalion into a transformation instead of a swapper is too bad. When doing the parts swapping you can see how easy it would have been to make it transform.

Unlike you, at first I didn't really like the Wurger / Falken combo. i thought they were too plain. But after playing the OG games and knowing more about their attack capabilities, I begin to fall in love with them. Twin bird strike is really neat, a decent substitute for Rampage Ghost.
I heard that according Dengeki Hobby Mag 5, a kotobukiya Grungust type 0 is in the works due out for summer release.

I've changed my mind on having a SOC Alteisen Riese. I'm for it. After seeing the pics of the new Kotobukiya kit, it just looks so freakin cool that it made me want to have a SOC version. The Kotobukiya kit looks way better than the Volks figure imo.

Still got my hopes up for a non-transformers Wild Raubtier.

Not to crazy for the character lineup for SRW Z (is it still for the PS2?). BTW, since the GX-45 is going to be the Dygenguar and Aussenseiter, here's a little headsup on those unfamiliar with the SRW series (I figured might as well post this info here since it being the original gx-45 thread and all ) Wiki en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dygenguar Dygenguar Aussenseiter To view the Dygenguar-Aussenseiter (Aussenseiter Pferd mode) combo attack, Tatsumaki Zankantou, view the Dygenguar video, it appears at 2:08. Hehe, I can't believe they actually made this. I was really expecting Cybaster. Gold

If so, that's awesome! I was thinking either Cybaster or Alteisen Riese.
