I believe that sword is from Kotobukiya, not Bandai.

Echo... echo... echo....
Yeah, it's from Kotobukiya.
I don't really get the love of the SRX, myself. It looks so bizarre, and has a redonculously partsformery transformation. I dunno. It just doesn't appeal.

Ok, now it makes sense.. I didn't get where the SRX info was coming from. I thought the sword was Dygenguar's to begin with, but I thought the SRX had something to do with the Japanese writing. I don't mind the SRX, but there are a lot SRW robots that I like much better. So what is everyone's favorite SRW robots? Here are mine in no particular order. Alteisen Granzon Weibritter Koryuoh Vaisaga Altalion But the best part is that Dygenguar and Aubenseiter are two of my favorite designs also!

I never leave these units out of my squad (in no particular order):
Aussenseiter Dygenguar Alteisen (or Alteisen Riese) Weissritter (or Rein Weissritter) Wildwurger (Mini rampage ghost!) Wildfalken (same reason as above) Guarlion / Guarlion Custom Armorlion Siegerlion Valsione (an SOC valsione would be sweet, just allocate metal contents for the inner frames) The R-Trooper series (R-1, R-2, R-3 and R-Gun, meaning SRX & HTB Cannon)
I hope that the Daizengar + Daitrombe combo will at least be 8 - 10"/20 - 25 cm tall, because the heights of these bots are supposed to be 54 m (Daizengar) & 58 m (Daitrombe) in the game. I know that this will probably be a very expensive combo, but after getting Daimos, I will be allocating all my available resources to get them.
Since I already got my wish, I hope the next SRW SOC will be the SRX + HTB cannon!

because the heights of these bots are supposed to be 54 m (Daizengar) & 58 m (Daitrombe) in the game. According to the SRWOG Official Perfect File: Dygenguar - 55.4 m Aussenseiter - 54.9 m

Even if the figures aren't huge, I'm just glad that we are getting something. Of course I'm hoping for something huge, but it's probably not going to happen. Where it's a two figure set Xabungle size would seem to be likely. Here's a couple of scanned photos showing comparative scales between some of the major SRW mecha.

So is that GX-45 a transformable figure?

And what does it turn into?

And what does it turn into? Only Aussenseiter can transform into a horse ride by Dygenguar. The horse size of the above pix is a bit large!!

According to the SRWOG Official Perfect File: Dygenguar - 55.4 m Aussenseiter - 54.9 m When I posted these numbers, I didn't pull it out from the air. Although the figure I posted previously was not exactly accurate, but I remembered that Aussenseiter is taller/larger than Dygenguar. (sorry for the crappy cellphone pics) Since SRW's main franchise has always been the game, I'm willing to bet my @ss that the specification in the game is the correct one. Since that the numbers in the SRWOG Official Perfect File are the same (just not in the same order), I'm guessing that the layout guy made some error during production printing .

I think Aussenseiter should make bigger and taller than Dygenguar, rider should be smaller or will look like Dygenguar is riding on a donkey....

I think Aussenseiter should make bigger and taller than Dygenguar, rider should be smaller or will look like Dygenguar is riding on a donkey.... ... or a pony, and that wouldn't be menacing at all ;D ;D! Judging from the early blueprint, you can tell that size of the skirts of both the horse and bot modes are about the same, therefore the Aussenseiter bot sized similarly with Dygenguar in the foreground will transform into a much larger horse shown on the background. How the horse gets so big during transformation still boggles me, but I hope we don't get a scrawny or a skeletal steed! This is one toy transformation that will be groundbreaking IMHO . oops, forgot to post the picture...

Hopefully it's pulled off with a minimum of part swapping... I"m not sure where the whole horse head is supposed to go, though.

I wouldn't be surprised if Aussenzeiter comes with a giant backpack (but removable) that unfolds into majority of the horse. So we get a perfect transformation, yet possibly aesthetically pleasing (remove the backpack) robot. Gunbuster, Raideen, & Daimos all took this route. At least Aussenzeiter will have a pretty big cape covering the backpack.

Hopefully it's pulled off with a minimum of part swapping... I"m not sure where the whole horse head is supposed to go, though. The robot chest becomes the horse's snout, and the robot head becomes the horse's ears and mane. The arms and shoulders becomes the rear flanks, and the lanze kanones (back cannons) become the horse's rear legs. The robot legs, by lifting the lower leg armor will transform into the horse's front legs. The front skirt becomes the horse's breast (is this the correct term?). But where does the huge horse neck comes from? And will the rear skirt armor transform into the horse's back? And of course, Bandai may implement the transformation method described in mpchi's post ;D.

At the very least we can be pretty sure we'll be getting swords, a gun, energy "hair" and a cape for Aussenseiter.
I'd REALLY like to see how Bandai pulls the transformation off. The horse seems so much larger than the figure that it turns into.
