Figma Leonidas is UP at NY , BBTS, still MIA at HLJ. I do not have any experience with the figma line, but i find the figure's striking resemblance to gerard butler to be extremely impressive, unlike the SHF avengers figures that looked nothing like their actors counterpart. Both companies seem to be hit or miss. Figma's captain America and Thor looked even more removed from their source's likeness than figuarts. On the other hand, figuarts' Luke skywalker and Bruce lee are pretty darn impressive.

Placed an order last night and the Pay Later Option did work for me. I am unclear what the spawned the issue for November preorders. Over at HLJ and BBTS were SHF Battle Droid and Clone trooper. == Sold out now. Good to hear that i have placed some preorders recently and i am able to select the pay later option as well. However, i did noticed for certain items, such as the trio of dragon ball candy toys as well as the set of 10 SD gundams, require immediate payments even if they are on preorder. And this is not an islolated incident as i was made to pay other preorders up front ober the years, but i already long forgotten what exactly the items are. SHF Ultron Prime is available for preorder at Nippon-Yassan. It's a bandai premium shop item and looks like they require immediate payment. www.nippon-yasan.com/figures/13721-shfiguarts-ultron-prime-limited-edition.html

Is that red platform used to display the accessories just a red platform to homage the original G1 figure, or is it part of the transformation? It's supposedly separate and not part of the transformation

Yup, its only a metallic pearl clear coat over colored pladtic as I suspected. But the draw here for me is the frighin box...its beautiful I guess the normal release will just be gray plastic? Was pleasantly surprised with the box too. Thought it was pretty clever combining the full art on one side and cut out on the other.

Found this video review
Looks very tempting. Not crazy about the grumpy kid face though.

If you were able to add to cart in amiami and then it timed out, check the shopping cart to see if it's there.

Order Stop as well over @ hlj.....I dont get it why isnt Bandai making much of this beast??? Mojacko, I just tried this again and it's still showing as available. Once you log in to your account, do a search on hi-metal. The search result will show order stop with a grayed out add to cart but if you click on the item to go to the actual product page, it should show it as available.

Just ordered one at HLJ! Had to do some weird process because I wasn't seeing the buy now. Signed in with my account, searched for it and clicked on the item and there it was available to buy! Saw the tip over at macrossworld.

Ah that explains why it was nowhere to be found on bbts' bandai preorders. Everything announced was pretty much there except this.

Missed out on this one too. I was able to add one to my cart on Nippon-yassan but as soon as I was about to pick shipping it told me it wasn't available anymore!

Another great question... If you had to choose one over the other... Would you prefer Bandai make a Camp Big Falcon or Solar Falcon? I know the best answer would be BOTH!!! But, which would you want first? For me, Solar Falcon all the way (since I have a Camp Big Falcon Already) Ah... Wishful thinking Tough question. I think I would like to get the Camp first so I can put my currently non-existent 40th there and keep my regular GX-31 in combined mode. I already have the third party camp but I'll get rid of it in a heartbeat if they came out with this! And then they need to make solar falcon right away. And then SH Figuarts versions of the team and maybe a chogokin version of tako-chan/octo-1. Throw in a SOC Boazanian robot to complete the diorama. I'm not asking for much. Come on Bandai, it's a cash cow waiting to be milked!
