That is an awesome photo you took Will !!! You have some nice, clean and polish looking Shoguns.
I see that you even added my logo in the upper right hand corner. Sweet !!! I am gonna have to steal the photo and create a real Shogun Warrior page to my website.
Maybe in the next month or so, you can add in your Grendizer with a new reproduction left arm.

Have fun in the search for nice, quality jumbos, but at an affordable price.
The ebay market is fickle: up one day, down the next.
Congrats on your first Shogun, hope to see more of your next purchases.

Thought I should share some fun and cool new customizable fists and sleeves for the Shogun Warriors that I have been working on. The fists were molded from GaiKing, which seems to be the same fist with Mazinga, Daimos, and maybe some other Shogun that I don't own The fists are made to accept a separate shooting insert when needed for a shooting arm. Or can be used with just the sleeve for a non-shooting fist. For sleeves, I have made a dual purpose GaiKing sleeve so it can be used for the shooting or non-shooting arm and I have a Mazinga sleeve so you could change out Mazinga's 3 missile arm and put on a normal looking arm. I haven't gotten to Daimos yet, but it is being looked at. Here is web page with photos (from my phone, as my wife had the real camera with her today. www.teambac.com/shogun_warriors/Custom_shogun_arms.htmlShoot me a PM if interested, I am looking at $30 + shipping per fist/sleeve for RJ pricing. If you just need a GaiKing sleeve, $12 + shipping.

Dang it. Some dumb @ss must have educated the seller as he killed the auctions. He now has them better listed and more individually. Well, there most likely goes a possible good deal on buying them more cheaply as a lot. Well, back to finding other obscure listed shogun items again Gotta love picking something up for $5 instead of $50+

I think like $25-30 only I found this one as well, but didn't notice the broken antenna. I don't know, but am pretty sure, it is much higher than I expect. Hmmm, no rubber tracks either.

That! is a sweet find! I haven't gotten much into the machinder die-casts, so... how big or tall is the bot exactly? It is very cool how some of the plating can come off and see inside mechanical detailing. Great find.

I am considering something like that, where instead of big one piece wing, to make a 3 piece wing instead. It may take a couple molds to capture, then modify a copy and re-mold again. I don't feel like chopping up the original wing to make changes and then do a single cast. At this point, I am going to put the wing on hold for a couple weeks.
I am starting to modify a right and left GaiKing fist to make universal shooting fists or snap fit arms. So, would have the fist part, then could add on a sleeve (GaiKing, Daimos, ??) like the normal shooting fist did, and/or add-on the launching tab within the sleeve. Then the fist could rotate like Raydeen's shooting fist can.
I am starting to get some Raydeen bowfists done. My ideas for a single pour didn't work out like I had hoped. So, am close to how I was making the first piece a couple months ago. Will update in the next few days on what I have for availability as will be on a short family vacation trip.

Thanks and thanks to KingboyD for the writeup.
On a side note, got the U5 and scrander jet today. I had thought about doing a full pour resin re-cast of the wing, but not sure about that now. It's a big wing! And decently thick as well.

I had to go look through the photo again. There are a few jumbos that I didn't even know about.
Again, very nice collection of Jumbos and other action toys.

Hope I wasn't bidding against one of the members here for a Uni-Five Mazinga with a Jet Scrander attachment. If so, sorry, but too good to pass up. The last one I saw in May, ended up for a little over $500, so got a very, very good deal on this one and I really expected it to go much higher than I wanted to give for it at the last seconds. cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=260806039120I mainly wanted the Jet Scrander piece for the most part so I wouldn't have to make a scratch version like I did for the GaiKing wing. The GaiKing wing was relatively simple to build up, but Mazinga's wing was going to be more complex and wanted to see how the first wing turned out and interest on it. So, expect some repro Mazinga wings later this Summer on my list. Thanks to all that have bought some of my custom and reproduction Jumbo parts to continue on with more future availability for other pieces.

Just got back from a work trip and the Combattler vinyl model arrived Wednesday. The casting pieces are pretty good, a few pieces do have some small air bubbles or not so perfect molding. The vinyl kit should look pretty good when done, but won't be a jumbo style looking bot. The torso is about 1-1/2" less in width and the proportions will be more like the SOCs. Overall, a nice model kit for the money. I don't see being able to try and make it look more jumbo style If it was about 25-30% bulkier in size, I would give a go for modifying. Just need some crazy person to figure out how to make bootleg copies of these old, more rare jumbos even if in a kit

Coming from Thailand, I am not expecting the vinyl model to arrive for about another 2 weeks most likely.
Believe the arrival estimate was from June 21st to June 30th.
I still need to search McMaster Carr or a hardware store for linkages yet if I want to add more limb movements. oops.

Is the Starzinger quite rare auctioned with the Jumbo Grendizer to have went for $1975.00 ? cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=330562425454(not a current ebay auction, already done and over) I have seen recently the Jumbo go for around $250 - $400 depending if in box with the mazinga style left shooting arm. Higher for the real left arm.
