Now if they can give Getter G a DC treatment I'd really be a happy guy. I might pick this up since I like the dc mazinger.

Welcome back Grave.... One can't NEVER truly get "out." Muhahahahaha AAAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! Thanks, yeah been busy with work and taking care of my little overlord. Also it's been a while since I bought a chogokin toy but I've recently been collecting jumbos in the meantime and my collection is growing.

I like how they modernized mazinger without sacrificing his classic look. Gonna be a hurtful year for my wallet as my collecting has resumed.

Damn you Bandai! I just got out and then you pull me back in!! I already have the first one but not having the extra weapon set still burns me to this day.

True be told, there are many negatives to this fig and some of them i proudly pointed them out. BUT damn, to have it in hands, its just a profoundly gorgeous piece... The heft, the paint, the way it feels when i bend the knees, an unmistakable luxury. Yep this soc really feels good to hold and it feels really solid. It's actually quite durable as mine has already fallen twice on my floor with no scratches or damage. We've been having weekly earthquakes all over the country so i decided to put some of my figures on the floor in the meantime in case another one occurs.

I love my gx01r but it's more superior as a toy than the gx70. The gx70 is more of a playable display piece and in that aspect i prefer the gx70 as i barely play with my figures since i treat them very carefully. People are free decide what they'd like to buy as everyone has their own preference. What's good is that we have tons of options to choose from.

I just got this guy and he is already reissued? Lol. I'm getting the DC Devilman as I got a good deal from a seller as I want him to be displayed with my DC Mazinger Z.

He's probably as big as soc big-o. Well the Big-O's body, not counting the arms. Yep i was referring to the height. I just hope they jam a lot of metal in this figure. My brother has the sentinel version and I like this soc much more in the looks department.

So what's the significance of all the edge parts on the jet scrander? How are they supposed to be set up? The parts with the holes are supposed to be on top since they release the shurikens when Mazinger is flying. For me I just placed both parts with holes on the top and bottom so I don't need to replace them if I reverse the position of the wings.

you wont be its a great figure, could be done better yes, but still a great figure Got it! It's not perfect but the sculpt is absolutely awesome. The legs really do have limited range but as a display piece it's not a problem. I do have some concern with how the shoulder armor is attached as it pops out a bit easy and the connector is small. I'm quite happy with the metal content as it feels just right. The paint on mine is also perfect. !

Getting mine tomorrow. Hopefully I won't be disappointed since I've been looking forward to this mazinger since the beginning. The leg articulation isn't really much of an issue for me since I don't pose my soc figures that much since it loosens the joints. The lack of a rocket punch gimmick too isn't a minus since but it would be nice to have the option. What I'm disappointed with is the eye power up gimmick which requires face swapping as I think it's possible without making it complicated. Since the pilder is magnetic they should have used that feature to make the eye turn yellow by means of the eyes loose inside with a metal plate, so when the pilder docks the magnet will cause the eyes that are yellow to rise up.

My Gx-03's joints are still good as new as I only pose it once in a while. But I haven't disassembled it after i combined it as I'm happy with just the robot mode.Looking forward to the new dx combattler.
