Still no word now the pre-order sale date? It feels like it's right around the corner. Especially since I'm used to waiting 7-8 months after putting my money down on previous MB releases

If that's how they plan on handling the face transformation.... wow. Sold sold sold and don't get me started on the VSPR's... amazing

I actually picked this up from gundammodelcenter.com. I gotta say, I was pretty impressed. I only had two problems: 1) The V fin was broken 2) the Tampo printing wasn't perfect (some of the printing felt a little soft. If you want, I'll try and post some photos. I don't use any of the photo posting sites, so if there was a place for me to easily post photos, let me know. Asides that, the only thing I'm not sure of is if the colors on the body match the original Metal Build 7 Sword. But Is it worth the $100 I spent? Sure. I own some bandai Metal Builds, and I have no problem showing it with my other pieces.

I guess "transformation" can a bit of an exaggeration. I only meant the face swap that happens when goes into hyper mode (or whatever they call it in the anime). Sorry for the confusion. I wonder if the transformation gimmick is going to be built into the figure, or if it'll be a part swap. Hi, what transformation is there for F91??? Are you talking about those cooling ducts and heat sinks on its shoulders? I think the mouth-piece as vent is definitely a part swap though.

I'm enjoying the liberties they've taken on updating the design. It needs to feel a couple generations older than the unicorn, and by adding additional details to the shoulder, legs and chest, I'm totally excited for this release. So glad to see the metal build series finally make it into the Universal Century.

Would you say that Toy-Wave is reputable?

Ha! Actually, Image-anime is my New York local store. But I know they don't just get their inventory from Bluefin. They get their inventory from other places. I still don't get why Bluefin does not have this. It is a wide-release. They had the Hi-Nu Gundam Metal Robot Spirit! Maybe it has something to do with it being a Katoki Hajime release, and maybe he just loves being a total douche to non-Japanese?

1 - Dangaio 2 - Daikengo 3 - Gaiking the Great I totally forgot about Dangaio until you mentioned it. My Jr. High / Highschool self used to LOVE that Mecha. I second the motion for a Dangaio SOC... After some MAZINGER Mechanical Beasts

More SOC baddies would be amazing!!! Especially since they're re-releasing MAZINGER Z!

Hmmm, I'm going to say: 1) MORE MAZINGER BADGUYS. - Toros, Baron Ashura Mecha... come on!!!! 2) Gordian with all kinds of amazing Mechanical detail under the armor would be amazing. (There's nothing particularly interesting about the CM's release when you open him up) 3) Gatchaman's God Phoenix (with all the individual vehicles - of course) And for good measure, I'd love to see: Yattwrwan (and all the other ridiculous machines from Yatterman and Time Bokan) Giant Robo (both the Johnny Socko and OVA versions)

Speaking of Evolution Toys, has anyone posted a review of Daikyojin? I gotta say, I like the proportions on the Evolutioon Toys version quite a bit. I just want to know if it's worth the appendages.

I don't know anything about Grendizer Giga, but all that red white and blue makes me think he'd fit in nicely at a trump rally... Which is why I just can't get myself to buy it.

I've been reading a bunch of "God I hope they fixed the wings" posts. I'm going to guess that since they sent wings that supposedly fixed the problem to owners of the original shin getter release that they would use those wings rather than the messed up ones.

like i passed Grendizer.... i understand if you dont like the design but honestly bro their Grendizer is more awesome in person and when you put him in the Spazer its by far the best looking in the hobby, also there is some Bandai engineering in it, it can actually hold its weight and poses nicely, i guess its a huge step for fewture i will post some photos for it later I agree, I didn't care for Grendizer when I first saw it, but ended up giving into my addiction, and I don't regret it one bit. I think that it also helped that everyone who reviewed it on YouTube said something similar.

Sorry, I came in late on this post. So I gather this is an SRC? Is there a reason for the blue on the appendages to be so bright? I think he looks pretty nice regardless.
Sorry for sounding like a noob, but what is wrong with the head Sculpt? Is there a proportion issue?
I thought about collecting all the variants of this SRC, but was too late to pick up the devilman version at a reasonable price. Also, the Go Nagai museum exclusive "dragon" repaint was pretty just didn't fit in the Mazinger line up. The only other versions I have are the machinder colorways of Z and Great. Oh, and I picked up the latest texturized paint version cause I was curious. I wonder if I'll pick this one up. Hmmmm

Thanks for the post. I ended up getting it through your link. It cost me $360 with shipping. The shipping is EMS. So I figure that means it's tracked and insured. Regardless. Shopping is a b*tch. thanks for your help!

Hmmmm..... At least he reads more "Grendizer" than the Ex-Gokin remix. The flared out legs are an interesting solution. But yeah, what's up with the spazer?
