I like to see the different versions and the different styles of depiction of the same character. The different scales arranged next to each other remind me of movie posters and promotional artwork.

mecha-mecha, Thank you for the photo of the other gashapons for Voltes V and Combattler V. They look like they have metal and a good weight. I like the clear yellow. Thank you for giving an idea of their height, 10 cm, because I have never seen them in person.

Ah yes, i have this as well, small but fairly detailed, love it. It goes very well with the gashapon voltes v as well gatchaman, Thank you for the photos. The gashapon Combattler V has a great sculpt with great metallic and bright colors. The detail of the separate vehicles and the look of the combined robot are both excellent for the size. mecha-mecha, Would you be able to find a picture online or take a photo of the gashapon Voltes V that you mean? I would like to see how gashapon Combattler V looks next to gashapon Voltes V.

For Robot Base KumaStyle, thank you. I appreciate your time to help me out with such a specific photo request. Plus it was in the middle of unboxing for you. Plus you did the post-production for red indicator lines! You didn't mess around. That is the same taping I saw when I received Godmars. I would buy again from the seller I bought from for future SOC and SRC. I appreciate the help to make seller choices as best as possible. I am glad your seller gave you a full refund with no delay and was up front about the history. 1 set combined, 1 set uncombined. Buy 6 Robots, Get 6 Free! TheMazingerZ is going to design some one-of-a-kind fix or maybe re-design and upgrade the whole set. You came up with a good pose for Gaia!

Now I've been to your website, KumaStyle! I realize now how much excellent professional photography you create. And I asked for a photo of how the Godmars tray is taped! One of my favorites of your photos is SRC Gurren Lagann. I think the pose, lighting and composition are striking. kumastyledesigns.com/wp-content/uploads/65.jpg

Hey, Set alarm to remember Saturday. I'm weird and videotape unboxings from ebay sales, but I'll remember the tape part. Also, this is random and I don't think so but may as well ask: When I told a friend I got one, he said to make sure it's not a KO and that a lot of KOs have been going around... I'm thinking he means the evolution toys version, but has this actually been KO'd? Thank you for considering it, KumaStyle. It would help me understand what my Godmars seller had opened and not opened with the box. It will help me know what to expect if I buy Soul of Chogokin from him again.

they have a bunch on amazon via 3rd party retailers. and its its a few listings on eBay right now for them too. .....sorry i was responding to kumastyle Thanks, man! I actually purchased this new via eBay today and it should actually be here Saturday. Really excited. I think Bandai did a great job making Godmars look good in both modes, separated and combined. I really like the bold contrasts of colors and design patterns. KumaStyle, Before you unseal and open the styrofoam lid of the tray that holds the 6 robots, would you take a photo to show the way it's taped shut?

I was wondering about these box forensics to get a sense of the delivery process from Bandai to Bluefin to the seller to the customer, in case I ran into any issues with the condition of any of the robots. At least for future Soul of Chogokin I could think about which sellers I would have most confidence buying from. As you describe and as I see in Gold's God Mars review ( robotjapan.proboards.com/post/125967), each robot was bagged and there is a graphic layover sheet framing the robots in the tray. The thin lid covering the tray was taped shut and I wondered if that tape was applied, or opened and resealed, by the seller or Bluefin, or had remained taped from the Bandai factory. The tape was two wide pieces of tape spaced apart going across the lid. Do you remember tape around the edge of the lid or strips across the lid? I dont remember and its packed away or id take a look now for you, usually its tape on four sides one piece per side I THINK.Maybe not with GodMars though, could be just like yours is. I did styrofoam tray research. At the Italian language site, M..Corner, some of the Soul of Chogokin reviews show what the styrofoam inner trays look like when still sealed with tape. The most common way is what you described, one piece of tape per side running along where the tray lid meets the tray. You can see this way in a photo of the sealed tray for: Tryder G7 ( www.emcorner.it/wp-content/gallery/bandai-gx66/gx66g724.jpg), Danguard Ace ( www.emcorner.it/wp-content/gallery/bandai-gx-62/_mg_6880.jpg) and God Sigma ( www.emcorner.it/wp-content/gallery/bandai-gx60/godsig93.jpg). For Daltanious, the wide tape used to seal the tray looks like the tape used on my Godmars tray ( www.emcorner.it/wp-content/gallery/gx59/dalta789.jpg). For the Godmars I received, there were two strips that went across the tray lid, one more towards the top and one more towards the bottom. Unfortunately M..Corner doesn't have a photo review of Godmars.

I see slight damage to the outer box. I don't see damage to the robots. So far, so good! God Mars is the highest-end, most awesome robot I have bought. That must put me on my guard about his condition on arrival. His bright multicolored patterned design is really welcome in the middle of winter. Specifically I was wondering, how is the styrofoam lid taped to the styrofoam tray? with scotch tape BUT there is also a graphic layover sheet on top of robots too,and all are bagged I believe if I renember correctly. I have a question for those who recently purchased God Mars or are about to open the box. How does the styrofoam tray holding the 6 robots have its thin styrofoam lid kept in place when the box is opened for the first time? I am wondering if my God Mars box was opened and inspected by the seller or by Bluefin. I know the the main outer cardboard box had the tape cut on one of the side openings and there was some damage maybe from opening that side. As long as all is ok with the toy i wouldnt sweat it,is it damage to toy or box? I see slight damage to the outer box. I don't see damage to the robots. So far, so good!
