Well, guess who's made a come-back..... www.hlj.com/product/KYD11005/SciOnly this time he's not transformable? What's up with that, was the first one transformable? I still like the Revoltech line, but I'm not too crazy about it as I used to be. And many of the Yamaguchi classics in the super-robot lineup are now pricey. lol zozo-mag

What are you talking about, the Revo Transformers never transformed. He probably confused it with the Macross Valks, which did transform. }D

I never had an Optimus Prime revoltech, that's why I asked if it transformed. And I never knew any of the revoltech figures ever transformed, because I hadn't followed this toy line since it started. As for "transforming" revoltechs, we may as well just say they "transform"... ...just mix/match/mash/swap parts from other revoltechs and build some crazy hybrid revoltech figure beyond ridiculous forms! lol Has anyone ever made a webcam tripod with, say, the revoltech Getter 3 Poseidon or that weird green three-legged revoltech EVA which TMZ had for sale recently? It appeared to me that Revoltech has been revisiting some of the earlier figures with re-hashes of their original versions. I dunno, I just happened to stumble upon that re-hash Prime Convoy figure as I was browsing HLJ. lol zozo-mag

Well for Revo Gunbuster that is true. However, the Revo Valks require only a minimal partswapping (the cockpit canopy), so in essence, they are true transformers.

REVOLTECH stormtrooper : www.hlj.com/product/KYD13002/Scii like the stormtrooper...but i aint gonna pay $44+++ bucks for a small fig....id rather get the SW black series from Hasbro...size wise is just right 6" genra, i can live with the minimal articulation if compared with the crazy articulation of Revoltech figs....

I would like to see a Revoltech plain dummy figure (nude Male, and a nude Female) that isn't a character but just a physical body with a plain face, gray colored... ...I'd gladly pay $40-something for it so I can have something to template from when making custom figures of pilot characters.

looks silly, the god centaur idea is much cooler than dragon head with a mane wtf.Anyway I hate revolech, but can someone PLEASE explain why the joints are never straight?I mean the opposing pins, they never are alighned LOL,why cant they get something so simple correct? look at below pic see how white joint is?top shaft and bottom shaft are not straight up and down to each other. This makes for problems in posing the already pretzelfied Revoltechs. Its not just a matter of one more click either, the ones I own are all like that, why?

I often dip the Revoltech joint in hot boiling water for a few seconds, with needle-nosed pliers, and try to bend the joint straight and hold it as it cools off. Just gotta be careful though, because the joint is a hard ABS plastic. That small Revo joint in the middle looks straight. That large white Revo joint looks off. For their size, not all Revoltech joints are perfect. And I don't recognize that flesh-tone Nendoroid joint, never seen it before... is it a friction joint, or a click type? zozo-mag

I've pulled apart my two Revoltech figures just now (Mazinkaiser, and Dangaioh)... ...Dangaioh's joints all appear straight, no warps or any other mishaps. One of Mazinkaiser's elbow joints is slightly off, but I can live with it. I must say that since I've had these two Revoltechs I've hardly ever played with them except for shooting pose pics with them. Also, I used a spare Revoltech joint for my MC Mazinger model's left shoulder, and that joint is straight. I plan to replace ALL of my MC' models' original friction joints with Revoltech joints. zozo-mag
