Don't know about diecast content, but height has been confirmed as 30cm (roughly 11 inches), though that's probably to the top of the booms. You can see from earlier pics that the Battroid stands a head taller than the DX VF-25 with its legs splayed out, not counting the booms, so it's not a tiny figure.
