yeah in the Pilot episode, he did more in Flying Tiger Mode than he did in Roboizer mode anyway.. he was not a super "flashy" robot to begin with but it looks like HLPRO captured his looks pretty well. I think we can get a pretty good idea of what it will be like to have him in our display cases by looking at the videos of that custom Gattiger that I posted a few pages back.. seeing him in color makes all the difference. The price you are quoting sounds about right, maybe a bit less.. price all depends on how many the dealers order into production, the more they order the more the price goes down.

actually, if memory serves, I think they told me they were shooting for a price around the same as Gin Gin but Im not sure..

  I hope they add the needed parts, if you see Gattaigers face in the Flying Tiger then you also need to have the pointy front and rear thrusters showing since those are a part of Gattaiger. If Gattaiger is not docked then it has a smooth front and no rear thrusters and definitely no "face" in the ship. |

yeah its got everything.. it looks great with the nose and the thrusters on it.. its got saw blades and the face/canopy can be swapped... no word on the bonus part though.. I think its going to be maybe the Princess's ship or maybe a Yaban enemy ship, I have no idea.
Now remember what I said a few days ago.. this is just a prototype.. they said they were going to change a few things but I wasn't told what they were... I surmise that they are minor "tweaks" to get him to work better or look better ... something like that.
I would expect the die cast content will be the same as Gin Gin on Roboizer and the same as the Spazer MT01 on the Flying Tiger.. so good die cast content.

Thanks Chen, Ok .. so, I guess this means you can display Gattiger on the ground in robot form AND you can display the flying tiger in "Gattiger docked inside" mode at the same time OR Flying Tiger in "Gattiger out" mode.. its our choice. That's nice..

Ok I spoke with HLPRO, they said range of motion on Roboizer is about the same as Gin Gin with his shields removed. They give us all the parts we need to either put Roboizer into the Flying Tiger with the face of the figure looking out OR an anime correct cover that has Roboizers face on it like in the anime. When that "face-cover" is in place, you don't actually have to have Roboizer inside the UFO, that means you can display him INSIDE THE SPAZER AND OUTSIDE THE SPAZER AT THE SAME TIME.. very cool idea. He is planned to go on sale in March 2014. They do not know the price yet... depending on how many are ordered into production by the dealers. Could range between 150 USD all the way to 220 USD... but if you buy the kit you are basically buying TWO figures... both with a lot of die cast and if its in the 220 range that means that you will be dealing with a figure that is being produced in small numbers compared to other figures, so it will be a very rare piece in your collection.
HLpro has more photos of Gattiger coming soon as the work progresses.
The 9in Vinyl Gattiger will be out for Christmas and is limited to only 500 units... very collectable.
Zmazinger is planned for June 2014 and will feature greater range of motion than Gin Gin and Gattiger due to the design of that character.

If they only order a small batch and don't order any more when they sell out then that's it! HLpro would love to make millions of them but the distributors just aren't going to order that many.. the way it is Now MT01 Grendizer was ordered in very large numbers... that why the price was so low.. but I cant really see that happening to Gattiger in the same numbers..that character isn't famous enough. But they will sell, Im sure they will sell every one of them that is ordered.. |

I can't pinpoint it, but something is definitely off! }| - the panels fins on his back are suppose to be red, however it could be because this is the prototype painted version(?). - the head to me looks kinda skinny and not wide enough, is giving me the illusion that is been stretch a lot. - the arms to me they look a bit skinny in comparison to the open hands which looks kinda fat. |

That doesn't look like paint, looks like photoshop. On this one they gave him the more anime correct "slumped" shoulders... on the 9in vinyl hes got big round shoulders..
