So far I feel this is the BEST looking Cyclone to date. More tampo printing would make it look a lot better. I wish I could afford this bad boy. Who knows.....maybe later down the road.  |

Yeah I know, I think there coming out with at least three more versions so your looking at $800-1000 if you want to get all of them.

Yeah I know, I think there coming out with at least three more versions so your looking at $800-1000 if you want to get all of them. There's NO WAY that I would be getting more than 2 of them. If any I would be getting... 1 X Stick 1 X Hoquett That would be all. |

how much is the Beagle Cyclone? the MSRP is around 27000 yen right? so thats around $270usd? i guess toynami will sell it cheaper in the state? if its $200 than its a pretty good deal. a Yamato 1/48 vf 1j super cost around that price.....

Close... 24000 yen, but in today's economy, that's still basically $270.

cool.. robotech.com is listiing the robotech cyclone on perorder for $200 ONLY. $200 is still high but some how i will find the cash to buy one. but like all toynami items i will wait for the price to drop before buying.

Is this going to be a parts-former like the Toynami/Mega House one? If so, I'm going to pass no matter how good it looks. It doesn't look like it but I want to be sure before laying down the cash...

I think the Japanese head looks better. However, if I could afford one, I would most lekey display him in the armored mode. So, it wouldn't matter much. $200.00 as everyone else said is a bit high in today's market place. Perhaps $150.00 and I would bite but I don't think this item will ever get to a discounted price.

I like the Megahouse and CMs heads a lot better. Between Beagle and Toynami's though, Beagles has a slight edge only because it looks better proportioned. They both fail at looking like Stick/Scott. Were I buying this set I would probably settle for Toynami's because it's cheaper, and I'd be keeping the helmet on most of the time so regardless of Scott's megamouth it would be 'good enough'.
